Me and my husband were out to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had a great time at Pan Pacific. Thanks

The hotel was good for conference visit and location was very convenient but pricey and the VIP room was pretty small and outdated

Great location to stay in the city! Easy walking everywhere, staff was exceptional....will be back!

Was notified that there was work to the hot water piping from 11am to 6pm, what actually happened was no water period during that time, all evening, thru the night and the next morning. I was offered a partial credit and a bottle of water.

Hotel was beautiful and clean, I visited during the Taylor Swift weekend so it was SUPER busy but the staff were great!! There was a small mix up with my luggage, but once it was brought to their attention the staff fixed it IMMEDIATELY. Seriously cannot praise the staff enough, they were great!

Wonderful stay here! Perfect location with tons to do nearby!

It had amazing view but there was a hot water problem which was very inconvenient.

Great stay especially prior to our cruise

They had a water issue that we had no water and where poor about communicating about it and knowing what the issue was . I could not shower 1 day for hours after I woke up and the front desk was not helpful

Great hotel. Great location. Great service. Only downside was that two of the four elevators were not working and there were long waits to get on one.

Parking options are very expensive and unclear. We chose to park in the public parking garage unaware that we’d be able to come and go.
Also, the pillows were very poor, flat and uncomfortable.

Friendly, helpful staff. Had an early flight into Vancouver and they were very accommodating with an early check in.
Only disappointment was the very overinflated prices for food and beverage in the lounge

For the $900 two night stay, it wasn't worth it. We had double beds, instead of queens. My husband went to the lobby one morning and asked if he could get a coffee and was refused. The breakfast cost us $100 for 2 adults and 1 small child, and the eggs were raw, hash browns were raw, and our silverware was used and dirty. The bathroom has mildew in the shower, and room service costs were extrordinary. It was the only place to stay during Supercross, and the price was raised because of this. NOT WORTH IT.

The pool and hot tub were closed. We got screwed on parking because they changed their system and didn’t tell us at the front desk. When we addressed them about it they said there was nothing they could do. Not sure why you pay $500 a night when there is no amenities and parking is over $100 for one night.

Excellent hotel excellent room friendly staff. Extremely disappointed that the closure of the pool and hot tub was not conveyed as a dip was something we really looked forward to and is well advertised as a reason to stay there.

It was EXCELLENT from beginning to end! The staff was very accommodating with my friend's needing a bench for the shower (he even put a pole up for her to hold on to for her safety getting in and out of the shower) Loved It, was telling my husband that when we visit Vancouver again, Pan Pacific is where we're staying!!!!

Great hotel, clean rooms, spacious, walking distance to so many restaurants and sites and is connected to the cruise port which is super convenient. They will actually deliver your luggage to the port drop-off for you.

Picked this hotel based on the location. I was going on a cruise and the hotel is right next to the cruise terminal.

Absolutely stunning hotel with amazing harbor views of the water and mountains.

I completed a cruise at Canada Place port and Pan Pacific was within the complex, it was the best decision I made to avoid the craziness of disembarkation. Pan Pacific was very nice, safe, staff were friendly, helpful, if you enjoy walks, location was convenient to Stanley Park, shopping area and 25 min walk toward Grandville Island (& taking a water taxi, again it avoids the traffic on/off the island). I had one room service meal, it was done well (delicious) and timely. Room was very nice.

Great place to stay. Walking distance to restaurants and a couple in the hotel. Parking was easy but $50 a night. A general price for parking at a downtown hotel in a major city.
Nice view from room

The hotel is beautiful. The property is in a great location very close to the sky train. 30 min train to YVR airport. No need for car or uber. Very close to bus stops. Friendly volunteer available for advice. Our room was beautiful and well appointed. My only complaint was mildew in shower grout which was quickly and thoroughly cleaned when i brought it to their attention.

Perfect stay prior to our Alaska cruise right at the terminal and they even take your bags to the ship for you. We'll worth the convenience.

Although on the expensive side with extra fees, I still enjoyed my stay. I was delighted to be able to check in early as my designated room was already cleaned. My harbourview room was excellent in every way, fabulous view, clean and comfortable.

Lovely hotel lovely staff just a shame that the breakfast buffet wasn’t covered for flies especially the fruit and the pastries. Also didn’t know how to collect the hotels.com silver benefits

The sorrounding views of the hotel are very good. There should be more food items for breakfast. I strongly suggest to include Halal foods in the menu at least in the breakfast.
