Homeless people hanging in the parking lot.
The parking lot had trash everywhere the tub in the room was nasty. It was what looked like it was dirt stained with what looked liked dry snot. Bed was uncomfortable when we woke up our backs hurt from the uncomfortable bed it felt like springs coming through the mattress. The hair dryer did not work. At check out I tried to explain what was wrong and the clerk kept saying What, What and had no idea what i was saying because he apparently didn’t speak english. The breakfast bar they advertise is a joke. unsupervised kids running around getting in peoples way. I’ve stay here before with no issues but will never stay there again

We requested a downstairs room due to my wife being disabled. We also told them and paid extra for our dogs. When we first checked in, they tried to put us upstairs (no elevator). I corrected them and they assigned us a room downstairs. Then as I started to leave the lobby, he called me back asking if we had dogs. Well, yes. We paid for them. He took the card key back and said he had to change our room. We were in a downstairs, terrible room. Looks like they tried to paint the bathtub, grout was painted to hide mold, dresser had strange holes in it. The refrigerator froze everything even after turning it down. The corners of carpets were torned up. Our dogs are clean, bring their own blankets and beds. We've stayed here serveral times before and it was always nice. We most likely will not be back. We're sad.

Not even sure if the sheets had been washed. The tub was disgusting. We were too much of a rush to complain or look for other accommodations but will never stay there again.

Ok so the people were great but room needed work. Was told they were under new owners and were working on it. They moved me rooms without questions when there was a problem with water only being hot and worked when there was a leak from the upstairs room. Good for the stay i had

Waited for 38 minutes before someone even came to the desk to help us check in. The pillows were smelly, linens were ragged and rug was very stained. NO blankets and no answer at front desk to try to get one. Bed was comfortable and the furniture was in good condition.

This hotel needs to be shut down. From the moment I walked in the room, I was disgusted. The carpet was in disrepair and filthy, the room smelled like an old ashtray, the bathroom wasn’t clean. The toilet had a nasty ring in it and the shower had hair in it. The floor was filthy, with hair and dirt everywhere. The curtain was falling off the rod and looked like there was a second one over the top of the original. I couldn’t even stay in the room. I ended up going somewhere else for the night and checked out the next day. I spent money on from that I wasn’t going to sleep in. So not stay here!!!

We have stayed at this property before and enjoyed the stay. This time, the room was off the back of the property near trucking yards. It was noisy all night. The room was just not clean, showed signs of wear that had not been repaired or replaced. My wife was really disappointed with the quality.

It was dirty. Sheet had blue lint, and were stained. The room smelt horrible. The TV wouldn’t even turn on. There was only two screws put through the drywall holding the TV on the wall. there was also a pile of bed sheets next to our door before we went into the room. we checked out of the hotel immediately and they will not give us our money back. Hotels.com are very hard to work with you. Can’t call them anymore. They lie to you via text message. I called the La Quinta hotel manager, said that he will work on trying to get me a refund, but I think it’s a pile of crap. I believe it when I’ll see it. The room was disgusting. The walls had dust all over and fingerprints.

Very noisy with freeway traffic. Horrible pillows. Shower was hard to regulate temperature. Either scalding hot or ice cold. Air conditioning was noisy, but too hot to turn it off. Blew on me all night. Miserable nights sleep.

I have never seen so many cigarette butts on the ground. I thought La Quintas were decent but this place makes me never want to stay at another. At least clean up the parking lots!! Inside was very low budget. If I wasnt exhausted, I would not have stayed, i slept with my clothes on and got out early. The ONLY good point is that it was pet friendly!

Where do I start? The door to the room was an exterior door, which had a broken security lock, and a peep hole that was totally ‘missing’ exposed and open.
All of the linens contain stains from sheets to bedspread to towels. The shower curtain in the shower was orange on the bottom from mildew and mold. The floors were not overly clean. They were holes in the curtains. The bed pillows were all stained and yellow.
So very sad that we had no other options as it was a busy Labor Day weekend and we couldn’t find elsewhere to go at that late hour.
I have photos but am unable to add on this page. There was also ‘ dirt’ smeared on the back of the door.

I was allotted a room that was not even ready. I came back to the front desk and informed them and the guy did not even say sorry! Most unprofessional. He needs some training.
Room is dirty. The extra comforters provided are not even folded properly and they look like they were previously used and no laundry performed.

The property was in a not-so-nice area, but convenient to the airport, and to the GSR, which was having a convention I was attending. (The GSR was sold out). I was very grateful that I was able to check in early, and the room was clean enough and comfortable enough to enable me to have a pretty good stay. The property itself looks pretty old and run down, but it appears management is making the most of what they have and the hotel is ok for the money.

Bathroom looked like something from an apartment that seriously need a renovation. Looked totally worn out. Even The water in The bathtub was constantly running faster than dripping and could not be shut off.
