It's a well maintained Motel. On the TV remote was a sticker on the back that read" For Rectal Use Only" that weirded me out and grossed me out thinking about it. I'm hoping it was a joke by someone???

Well maintained. Clean, comfortable room. The only issue I had was my own fault. I didn't realize this was a motel and not a hotel so there's a lot of noise around from the road and various guests standing outside. However, I think this is a great spot and would be a great stay for anyone traveling through.

We stopped in overnight while traveling. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was nice and hot. The breakfast was great and staff very attentive. He kept everything filled and clean, and was also very friendly. I would definitely stay here anytime I was traveling through the area. Price was good too.

The room was clean and neat. The housekeeping staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The fact that this hotel is a non-smoking establishment and pets are not allowed makes the room smell clean and fresh. I would definitely stay there again.

This is a good one night stop over on a longer trip. The rooms were updated and clean. The beds were comfortable. The window could be more insulated to prevent outside noise. The shower needs a small shelf to put soap.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. The staff was very friendly and courteous, my room was very clean and comfortable the location was great. I like that it was very convenient to get to the stores also they have breakfast. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Franklin TN.

The only negative to my stay was the selections on the TV. Why do you not have the option I can connect my own Netflix or other streaming services?

Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. The room itself was comfortable, and I enjoyed the location being so close to a grocery store. I did not like that the staff ignored the “privacy” sign on my door. They went in anyways to clean, but that negates the purpose of having the sign at all. There were also random bugs in the room. Not bedbugs, but random little guys spread throughout. Gnats, a bug in the shower, a fly, and a bug above the window.

A good choice for an overnight stay. Nothing fancy, but clean. Very good value for what I paid. The free breakfast was about average for a comparable motel.

Only knock was the soap dispensers in the shower were empty as they are transitioning away from them and using individual soaps and shampoos instead. For the environment, I prefer the dispensers, but a small detail. Otherwise fantastic.

The people at the front desk are as friendly as the people at Disneyland - very welcoming and accommodating. I felt like family. This is an older building that has been renovated and updated. The room was beautiful and modern. At this price point, I highly recommend it.

Overall, it was good. We found that the carpets were dirty; I walked around the room a bit in white socks and they were filthy very quickly. The carpets just probably need a good clean after a busy summer.
Eduardo in the kitchen, and the folks at the front desk were all wonderful. We would stay there again.

While the property was clean, we found our room to have a VERY stale/sour odor coming from the air conditioning unit. Had we been staying for more than a stop over night on route, I would have requested another room. It was close to unbearable.

Served our purposes. First room had animal doors. AC was too powerful. Decent brekkie. Sucks if u have an upstairs room. Parking lot like dodging a minefield to avoid deep sewer grates.

Very nice and helpful staff. Nice pool. Eduardo who took care of morning breakfast was kind, helpful, and a great cook. The motel allowed us to stay away from the hectic(and expensive)downtown life of Nashville, but close enough to visit when we wanted. I-65 connected us in all directions to better see Tennessee. We will stay here again if ever we return.

The property was difficult to access. When I got into my room there were cockroaches in the bathroom and it was infested with ants.
The front desk offered another room but I couldn't risk bringing roaches home.
I asked for a refund but she denied it.

I booked online, got here and the rooms are outside entrance. I was nervous because of prior bad experience. Room is ok, smells but clean

Our stay was much better than anticipated. I booked the room because of a low price and did not expect much. The hotel was spotlessly clean, however, and felt perfectly safe. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a good variety of items including biscuits and gravy, sausage, scrambled eggs, cereals, and yogurt. The service was also excelllent.

The room was clean although it was noisy outside with other guests hanging around. The breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

At check-in, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was nice, the bed's were very comfortable and the shower was nice. Housekeeping did a nice job of cleaning up the room each morning. The outside of the property is a little dated, but clean. We would stay here again if in town.
