Nice hotel, comfortable. I was checked in under the wrong name. Then assigned to a room but given the keys to a different room, The whole front desk experience was chaotic and confusing. The staff were friendly, but seemed the left hand and right hand couldn't do anything with ease.

The hotel entrance and hallways smell like smoke or smoke mixed with fabreeze. The rooms were not smelly though. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. We had a view of the lake. We were looking for a hotel near shopping with a good breakfast to get our day started but didnt realize that you have to pay 16 dollars each person. Breakfast was a buffet with bacon, waffles, scrambled eggs, coffe, juice, yogurt. Same you would get for free at other hotels but you have to pay extra. Parking is also an extra 15 dollars.

Room was ready early. We dropped off our rental car the afternoon before our flight and was able to use the shuttle back to hotel. The restaurant was very good.

No accommodation for electronics such as USB. Older TV so not streaming. Shower was a bit grungy on the tile. Place just felt out of date and weary. Food was OK but not great. They charged $15 for breakfast buffet that would be free at most other hotels. Eggs were cold and tasteless scrambled. The place was functional but not great.

We ended up staying at the Radisson after a mix up at another hotel so we needed a reservation late in the day which I did through hotels. Com.
The check-in went well enough but the non smoking room we received had clearly been smoked in not long before we arrived. It was terrible. No way house keeping should have passed the room. I've stayed at many Radissons for business travel. Last time I'll ever stay at the one in Portland.

Wonderful stay at the Radisson. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel special. Our room was clean, comfortable and just what we needed for a quick overnight for an early morning flight. Would definitely stay here again!

My stay was for 5 nights. For 3 of those nights, the parking gate did not open when we left the parking lot. Each time we had to go into the lobby and have the front desk staff issue another pass. For 3 nights, my room key had to be re-coded to get access to hotel and room doors. I talked to some other guests, and they had similar problems with the parking gate. In most part the hotel staff were very understanding and remedied the problems quickly. I have used this hotel for many years and it was the one of best as far as customer service and accommodations were concerned. This stay was far below my expectations.

Very accommodating staff and I enjoyed each interaction I had with them! I’m not able to recall his name, (but he was a Louisiana native), he was one of the nicest people I encountered during my 7 day trip to the PNW! Very pleasant stay as a whole!

The staff in both the restaurant and at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The restaurant is nice and the food was good. The hotel looks over a pond where you can walk. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Both bathtub and shower. The beds are comfortable and the windows open.

The hotel looks very used and in dire need of a facelift - a bit dowdy. Front staff were very nice and attentive. Our room did not have a TV remote and it took a while for them to find one and get it to us
