I stayed in The Levante Rathaus Apartments for almost 3 weeks and I couldn't be more satisfied. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and flexible (especially the best receptionist ever, Meriem). They helped me with printing documents I needed, and the cleaning was both very good and flexible (never a problem to ask them to come later). The loft rooms are beautifully furnished with a sleeping loft, couch, TV, table and kitchen. In the reception you can get free (and good) coffee in "to-go-mugs" - so that you can bring one on the run. The location is excellent, very close to the city centre, but still not as noisy and crowded. In the vicinity there's a plethora of good bars and restaurants, as well as good communications. I would definitely stay in The Levante Rathaus Apartment again - thank you very much for a great stay! /Ludvig

Very good location near Rathaus with shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Lots of space, comfortable bed, coffee in the hotel lobby. Our dishwasher wasn't working but was dealt with when we reported it. The lift is very small but we preferred the stairs anyway. Would consider staying there again.

Great location, many restaurants near by, fantastic public transportation, very friendly staff. Parking is a problem, no parking on the street, hotel garage is a 10 minute walk away from the hotel.

It's location was great. The apartment was cute but the kitchen sink did not have hot water for 2 days. I have not been able to get them to respond to my request for a receipt from the car service that they called despite email and whats app. They seem reasonably friendly.

We have 4 family members in family unit for 4 nights. The room has small kitchen. It is very useful and we really enjoyed.

I like the room, but could improve better with an extension cord for the TV and kettle plugs. The rest is good.

Great service and location. Very kind and helpful staff. Apartment was quite warm (it was very hot outside), the furniture average, floor needed a vacuum. Overall fair for the price!

Very spacious and clean. We only stayed for two night so didn’t need the kitchen amenities however they would be ideal for a longer stay. There was no air conditioning or a fan so it did quite very warm

the apartment was fairly basic and spacious. the floors were dusty and walls are very thin so can hear everything in the corridor and next door apartments.

It must have been really nice a long time ago. Now it is quite tired, and actually a bit shambolic: the only TV channels that work are the two Austrians, there is nowhere near enough kitchen equipment (e.g. no kitchen towel, and only two big pots that don't fit on the stove simultaneously). Our first night was compromised by an incredibly loud group of children, and management did not interfere ... I probably wouldn't come back, even if the location is great.

We had trouble opening the coach bed, very old. In the reception of the hotel. They said the breakfast was included, then we didn’t receive the breakfast the first day, the second and third we received the food in the room. When we were doing the checkout. They charged for the breakfast of the 3days even when we didn’t get the breakfast. I was very upset and the staff didn’t care for the customers. Poor service. I do not recommend the place.

The apartment was dirty, we had to wait for the cleaning but I cleaned the apartment but there was still a terrible smell in the bathroom The guy in the front desk was unfriendly. Very first moment I met and talked to him, I wanted to cancel my stay but I had a long journey and I was tired do I was not able to manage new booking. I guess his mission was to make visitors unhappy and watch their desperation. Nothing positive happened while waiting for 4 hours in the backyard.

The photos on the website are a total lie. The apartments are very poorly maintained and very basic. They are not cleaned properly at all. There are a few basic utensils and a kettle, a fridge but no freezer. I think people use the apartments as they photos are really good. The overall experience is poor.

This place was very outdated. Leaking bathroom faucet, ants in apartment, and possibly full time residents in the building.

A reasonable location to stay in Vienna that is near the center. I wouldnt call it a hotel, as it doesnt have any amenities. If you are looking for an alternative to an Airbnb rental, this would provide the same level of comfort.

Thank you to the staff!!! After a long day of driving and arriving after hours my key and paperwork was waiting and I was met by a young man who assited me with my bags and took my car to the parking garage. Although there was a mix up with my room the female on day shift quickly resolved it and provided information for tours within the city that was so helpful. I truly thank her because although I was very tired she was so very polite and helpful. Also the cafe next to the hotel is a must!! The young lady was so kind and carried my food to my room...I would absolutely recommend this hotel!!! Again thank you to all the staff...

The Levante Laudon is a place that I can highly recommend. The apartments are so spacious, that I felt at home from the first moment. The staff is friendly. We chose the apartment because we wanted to have the ability to prepare our own meals. There was some noise from construction works next to our room, and we received another room immediately. Some items in the kitchen were missing, but the staff always helps you out. A tram station is next to the hotel, you will also find bars, restaurants, supermarkets close by. The city center is at a walking distance of 20 minutes.

Very homely feel

We stayed at this apartment for 6 nights and loved it. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nicely furnished apartments. Excellent free wifi. 500 m walk from Rauthas underground station and the new city hall. Surrounding area is quiet although there are many shops nearby. It has an adequate kitchenette, sterio, DVD player. Things we didn't like about it is that it was difficult to find because the sign of the hotel is placed beside the door and was blocked by a big vehicle when we arrived. No AC, but it was not a problem at the time of our stay. Receptionests are available from 7 am to 6 pm. Shampoo & shower gel were not enough for the entire stay. Bed was not very comfortable. Overall, we loved it and would stay there again.

We stayed with 2 adults and 2 children. Hotel is a little far out of old town but about a 10 minute walk to subway and then you can reach anywhere. Hotel is serviced daily and is practical for families with small kitchenette with stove top, microwave and bar fridge. Very comfortable space with all mod cons. We had a superior apartment facing the courtyard very quiet and spacious with 2 bedrooms. Staff are friendly but only man reception from morning till 6.00pm, you can call other hotel out of hours. we received breakfast each morning which was bread rolls and jam, juice, and fruit delivered in basket outside door. It was enough for us to start our day.

There was a bad smell of cigar from outside which was annoying. Rest was good.

Good hotel for the price. Reasonably sized rooms, friendly staff and excellent location. Close to Parliament and nearest underground within walking distance. Though it didn't have air conditioning but the staff provided a fan.

This apartment is well located and has many restaurants and bars nearby. However, for a 9 night stay it proved disappointing and was not comfortable and relaxing. This was for two main reasons. First erratic servicing of the apartment. When we arrived the garbage bin was full and there were no bath towels, only hand towels. The result of a shortage we were told. However, this happened three other days as well, there were no new sheets in 9 days, the pillows were useless and the room was often not serviced until 430pm, far too late and inconvenient when you return tired from sightseeing. The other main problem was noise, that meant you never had a good night's sleep. The hot weather we encountered meant the windows needed to be opened. Fortunately, with a stairwell window as well as street window good airflow was possible. However, a bar downstairs the staff of which did not seem to pack up until 2am and then held loud conversations in the street after much door banging, a noisy after hours door on the apartment complex itself, and general street noise from cars and passing pedestrians meant there was constant noise until 2-3am each night, and then often early rubbish collectors woke one up.

We got there late so the reception desk was closed but we pressed the call button and attended to very quickly and nicely. They buzzed us in and gave us a code to a safety box where we found our key and a welcoming letter. The rooms were very nice and tidy. The next day I went to the reception desk to take care of the formalities and found the staff to be very cordial and spoke english, it helped that Expedia had taken care of everything. Not a glitch on this trip, thank you. Ooh, They have a very good, easy to use, cappuccino/espresso maker in the lobby.

The hotel was lovely, it was very clean and spacious and the kitchen was very well equipped. Its location right on the edge of the city centre was also perfect for exploring Vienna on foot, with no need for public transport. We'd definitely stay here again.
