Everything was nice

Hiroko at the front desk was very accommodating and the room was amazing! Very clean, we could see the water, I don’t think there’s anything better for the price we paid in a prime location. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Staff was approachable especially Luciano and Sackshi. And we had a comfortable stay here. Will refer to my friends and family.

Called to check if we could check in early if the room was available was told on the phone i dont know youll have to stop by, stopped by and asked, was told i dont know check in is at 3 didnt even bother looking, manager saw this and looked into it for us and did find the room was not available as the previous guests had not checked out yet all good, very poor lack of customer sevice by anyone other than the manager, paid for parking and was charged an extra $35 on top of the $70 for parking because according to them the machine had a "bug" and didnt go through, got into the room after finally getting things sorted and checked in, room was poorly cleaned and long black hairs were found all over the house and stuck the the shower walls, all doors in the building slam closed and are loud at all hours of the night, walls are paper thin and you can hear people in the other rooms, outside the building cleanliness is very poor and there is garbage all around the building that had not been touched the 2 days i stayed, dont even bother to try and get a parling stall $35/day and there are only 10 stalls which is no where near enough for the amount of units there are in the building, all around a poor experience was had at this location, i would look elsewhere for a decent hotel experience in vancouver

Decent property in heart of downtown Vancouver , however owner and staff cringe about online reserved rates a lot . We had to wait an hour at night before they would let us check in. Rooms are not bad but definitely get what you pay for

Comfortable

Perfect for spending some time in Vancouver, large suite with a nice full service kitchen, quality grocery store just down the block. Great location close to everything downtown, you can’t go wrong!👍

I loved the owner house suite I love waking up on my birthday

The best thing about this property is location and room size. Sadly the parking is tough and every time we needed to go down from our room the elevator made this very challenging. It is an old building with 10+ floors and one tiny elevator. We had to either wait for 3-4 elevator passes or walk down the 6 flights of stairs (luckily we were not on the 10th floor). I worry about fire safety and people with mobility issues at this property.

The front desk staff team are very nice, friendly, and welcoming. They want to make sure you have the best stay and the location is so great!! The place is walkable distance to a lot of shops and dining areas. Our room had all the necessities we needed for a comfortable stay.

I’m baffled how this hotel passed my filters—I usually bookhotels rated 8 or higher. My expectations were high, but I booked quickly due to time constraints, thinking, "How bad could it be?" The pictures looked fine, the location was great, and parking was available for an extra fee. However, the room we checked into was extremely outdated. The popcorn ceiling and moldy bathroom felt more like a $150 motel than a $300-per-night hotel. I decided to cut my losses and made a mental note not to book here again. But then we discovered that all the sockets were so loose we couldn’t charge our electronics. Fortunately, Shane at the front desk was fantastic—she found extension cords and even offered snacks to help. Despite her efforts, the 10:15 PM drilling really set the mood. After contacting Expedia, the hotel promised to move us to a better room the next day. However, during a rainy weekend, they required us to check out by 11 AM and wait until 4 PM to check into the new room. When I asked if we could stay in the old room due to the rain, the owner responded with, "These are your options, and I can't stop the rain."At 3 PM, they called to say they had fixed the sockets, but after we had already packed and moved out, I wanted the better room they promised. Eventually, they moved us to a better room on the 10th floor, which was still outdated. They tried to fix things, but this hotel is not as advertised. They should post real pictures and charge a price that reflects value
