Very noisy.

We found everything great. The people, the food, the room and the pool/spa. Thank you everyone for doing great jobs to help us have a great family time.

Very cold upon arrival. Took hours to warm up. Uncomfortably bed. Needs a new bathtub. Very noisy fan for heat. Disappointed

We have stayed here few times… hit or miss Main tower is decent But other building probably need some love— not really clean— curtains were dirty—stains were visible —- Tbooth was not working —-saw ants in the washroom—- bed is not comfortable : going in

Our room was on the 2nd floor in a section not connected to the main building and there wasnt an elevator. The hallways and stairwell had a bad smell. When we were lugging our stuff to the room 4 employees were gathered in this narrow hallway and didnt move as I tried to get through to my room. The ice machine was in the lobby area so we had to go downstairs and across the parking lot to get ice. The pool was also a walk outside and at the end of the parking lot. The only convenient thing was we were within walking distance of the falls and clifton hill . The casino was directly across the street. It was definitely not worth it for the price we paid. I was very disappointed in the quality of the hotel. The only rooms that had a view of the falls was on the far side of the building we were in and unfortunately we didnt have one of those rooms. They advertised queen beds but they were only full size mattresses on queen sized frames. The pool was actually very nice if you dont mind freezing walking to and from in your swimsuit.

Great location, right by everything we needed. The room was amazing and better than expected.

The hotel was a tired hotel. Our room was just ok. We had troubling trying to lock the door. The tv , was small(20"), cable channels was not either.

Our room has no carpet, all hardwood, the floor was very cold to walk on, old furniture, room was clean, overall below average
