We stayed here last year and were very impressed and also happy that it is only a couple minutes away from the airport. The reason i didn't give five stars this time, is because after unpacking and settling in to our room, i realized that the whole carpet was soaking wet! I called the front desk and was offered to move, but we had already unpacked. I never received an apology from the manager, even though i wrote a complaint. Why would guests be put in a room where the carpets were just cleaned and not checked to make sure they're dry?
Otherwise, everything was very good.

We got there and had to do a lot of paperwork I already did online and then kept getting charged for stuff. Made no sense and then would put back on card and take out a different amount. don’t like how under the beds was dirty and not vacuumed along with the wall decor, Splattered with something on them and left to dry. The breakfast was the same everyday and no variety in fruits or breakfast meats. I can’t say I will stay here again next trip.

I stayed for 3 nights while I spent some time in the area and my room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. I had plenty of towels, a desk, an armchair and a king bed so I was able to spread out and get comfortable. I didn't need to ask for any services while I was there, but the check in and check out were easy. The breakfast bar had plenty of options, including eggs, sausage, various breads/bagels, apples, oranges and cereals. I didn't use the pool, but it was available and seemed decent. It was easy access to the highway for the day trips I did. The only downside is that it's out by the airport and there aren't many food or retail options out that way...you have to drive a few miles into the city to get those, but it didn't seem noisy or anything. I felt safe and secure staying here. Would recommend, especially if you're going to use the airport.

It was clean. Check in lady wasn’t sure if she had covid or pneumonia. She didn’t have a mask. She really shouldn’t have been at work. Made sure we stayed away from desk or free breakfast. Next door was a band till after midnight Not much sleep first night.

The breakfast was ok and the room was clean. Didn't like it was not handicap accessible. I asked and called about making sure I got the closest room to the front lobby/door. I was given the farthest one away. It was very far to walk and made my stay very hard for me. The ice machine was out of service.

Front desk clerk was very friendly. Breakfast employee was doing an excellent job of keeping things clean and restocking food. Didn't like that the door on the east side of the building was not locked...looked like it was broke. Could hear lots of coming and going of people late into the evening.

Requested a quiet room...instead got a room by the exterior door, which is broken & does not lock- it was slamming shut ALL night. People set off fireworks in the parking lot right outside our room in the middle of the night for nearly half hour - nothing was done to stop this. Kids knocked on our 1st floor room window several times in the night.

Check in was quick and smooth, desk clerk was extremely informative. Room was excellent. Was nice to have plenty of towels available! My only suggestion would be to install sheer curtains under the regular curtains, on the ground floor. This would allow for guest to let light in, without being on display so boldly.

The location was perfect, the property was clean, our room was very large and comfortable. They offer great breakfast options, the pool area was very nice, excellent parking and shuttle service to Mayo was included. I can't say enough about the staff - they are exceptional in every way! Every interaction (check-in, shuttle service, housekeeping and everyone in between) was polite, professional and accommodating. Fantastic Mexican restaurant within walking distance. Already booked my room for my return visit in August.

Management staff was wonderful! Housekeeping staff was helpful, quick to help whenever asked to assist. Great relationship between management staff and housekeeping staff. When asked to deliver towels, anything for room don't have to wait longer than 5 minutes for assistance 24 hours a day!
