the lady at the front desk was really polite and knowledgeable. The hotel rooms were extremely clean.

The towels were stained… I mean I put our floor mat down and it looked like someone wiped diarrhea on it

Very minimal, but sufficient. Staff were very friendly and they kept the front area and kitchen/ food area clean

Rooms weren't the cleanest. Our room had a used towel hanging behind the door in the bathroom. I don't think anyone bends over to check to see if anything is on the floor or under things. The outside area was filthy. Trash everywhere.

sorry it’s hard to find something positive about our stay

first the hot tub was not working and we were never told about it. Then when we get into our room the bedding was dirty. you can see stains on every piece of the bedding. Then the next morning the continental breakfast area was very messy, stuff slipped, garbage cans were over flowing and had to ask for stuff from the front desk because staff was not there.

No yogurt. Milk out of 1 jug for everyone not sanitary

Sheets torn, had to find housekeeping for clean towels, soap etc.

stayed for 2 nights. The room was not cleaned - no emptying of trash cans, clean towels, coffee replaced, or bed made. no one even came in the room. There was a breakfast. Hope you like lots of carbs! Not one protein item offered.

The beds were comfortable

Room was filthy, we had to clean it ourselves with disinfecting wipes we brought from home. Carpet was disgusting, stains on bed skirts, stains on chair, toothpaste splatters on sink, fecal splatters on both toilet pedestal and wall behind toilet, fingerprints and smudges all over the door, bathroom floor was dirty like it hadn’t been mopped in a long time, hairs in shower. Staff apologized and offered another room, but we already cleaned ours. Said they would leave a note for the manager, but they never notified her. Offered reward points for another stay but we won’t stay again. Overall, hotel is not being well maintained, most of the staff doesn’t really seem to care.

Had a handicapped room but beds were too high and bath was not accessible. Also on 2nd floor which for a wheelchair makes it scary in the event of elevator failure, fire, etc

Very clean and nice people.

The hot tub said it was a salt water tub. It was only warm. Not warm enough to use. Only one side of toaster halfway worked in breakfast room needs to be replaced.
