Nice and cleanaround the restaurant area. Only thing, I ,didn't like, was the first room they check me in. Both beds 's had hairs in them . The bathroom You could still smell the body odor, of the last person . I ask to be moved, to a difftent room . They moved me with out any problem. But I all ready had that first inoretion😞

Tv does not work There was not hot water

The hotel was fine for the purpose we needed it for. A quick overnight stay after a long day of travel. However, I wish the menu had better food to offer. It did not look good at all. So, we did not order anything, which was hard since the hotel is located in a place with no options aside from an Italian snack joint next door that served stale pastries. I suggest a more Mexican style menu instead of what seemed an Americanized menu.

This hotel's main advantage is its close proximity to the Merida airport when you have an early flight. It is basic, clean and has a simple restaurant onsight. They do not have wheelchair accessible rooms or bathrooms.

This property doesn’t look like the pictures. There is coaches and a lot of insects around. The windows screen protectors ripped off and a lot of mosquitoes in the rooms. Also, we weren’t able to stayed for all the days I reserved since hurricane beryl was going to hit the state and they didn’t wanted to reimburse any money even though i mentioned at the time of checking in.

Air conditioners need to be updated. The rooms were not cold.

The stay was decent for the price. I did not eat in the restaurant or use the pool but the pool looked nice and inviting. A towel for the floor in the bathroom would have been nice for showering as the tiles were slippery. The beds were clean and comfortable and thankfully the rooms had air conditioning. Room cleaning happened early at 8:30 am and we weren’t always ready for that. I only had one key but the front desk was always able to open my door for me as the other personI shared a room with had the key. The hotel had a taxi service but I used Ubers.

We loved the hotel . Rooms was awesome and the pool was even better !!

This Hotel was just disappointing. The rooms were dated and whilst that is fine. They were not very clean, the bathroom obviously had drain issues. You were issued with 1 towel. There were 4 of us staying in the room and we were only given 2 bottles of water, despite paying for additional people. Everything just felt a bit run down and not clean. I have never known a Hotel to make you hand back the remote control to the room when you check out.

The staff here are top-notch! They genuinely care about their guests. We will return!

The property was great and safe. Rooms were clean. Check in was smooth. The only problem we had was check out at 4:45am was horrible. The wake up call did not happen. At check out the girl at the front desk asked for the room key which we accidently dropped behind a piece of furniture. and she was insistent on the card key. The taxi driver was waiting for us with our bags in the trunk and she insisted my husband return to find the missing card key. We had to be at the airport at 5am and she insisted on the key, we offered to pay for the card and she insisted on the key. She saw the taxi driver was ready to unload our bags, but insisted on the key. After she asked us to check our luggage and we unloaded then went through all our luggage there on the floor of the lobby she finally said we could go she didn't need the key. It was the worst check-out we have ever experienced in our travels; we are over 72 years old and may consider staying elsewhere when we travel to our home in the Yucatan.

I called in early made some request. Everything was done as i requested and very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Will use this place again when I return.

Very nice

I booked a premium room with breakfast included. On Friday evening when I arrived, I was given a regular room at the very end of the hotel. I called the front desk at the number on the room key, but it didn’t work. I had to go back to the front desk carrying all my luggage to get a new room assigned. I told the receptionist that the phone number on the key didn’t work and she gave me another number. When I got to the premium room, the AC didn’t work. I called the new number which the receptionist had given me but it didn’t work either, so I had to walk back to the front desk. The receptionist said that they would send someone to fix it, but the temperature was 104 degrees so she gave me yet another room. When I got to the third room; the key didn’t work. I tried calling but the number still didn’t work so I had to walk yet again all the way to the front desk. The receptionist reset the key and I walked back to the room only to find out that the key still didn’t work. Exasperated, hot and tired from the trip, I had to walk yet again to the front desk lugging all my belongings to let the receptionist know that the key still didn’t work. Instead of apologizing, she suggested I sleep on the hammock by the pool, which I found in very poor taste. The receptionist then sent a technician who took about 20 minutes to let me in the room. In the morning, I had breakfast at the hotel, after which I was told that it wasn’t included in my premium room and had to pay.

There was an excelent service, all staff were happy and provide great customer service at all times. Highly recommended

Hotel would not refund due to delayed flight. Had proof that my flight was delayed a full day. Expedia tried to get a refund to no avail. Total bummer.

On the good side, it’s close to the airport and the staff is nice. The bed was clean and the sheets were nice. The pool was really cloudy and filled with bugs and dirt, there was a huge roach on my floor in the room, the towels are like sandpaper. So it’s a 50/50. It’s just older and in need of a makeover.

Air conditioner in room wasn't working. Called front desk, they sent maintenance who checked the remote and told me to wait 5 minutes. 15 minutes later I called the front desk again and was told they works send maintenance back. I waited another 15 minutes, packed my bags back up, sent to the front desk and asked for another room. The air conditioner in the next room was now much is an improvement. I paid for a superior room. I'd hate to see what the standard room a/c's were like!

Quiet environment

A very lovey hacienda style hotel

Very nice property, wonderful staff but you had to put your room key in a slot to make the air conditioner work. So. Every time you left the room, the air would shut off. Made it very uncomfortable to come and go. Also we had ants all over the bathroom. We had them come and all they did was spray, unfortunately didn’t kill the ants.
