All in all our stay wasn’t bad but there were a couple hiccups. AC didn’t work in room and even though it was cold outside, room was uncomfortably hot. Valet service was poorly organized - had to wait because someone’s keys were lost

Location to downtown Nashville was very good. Short walk. Traffic was very noisy during the early morning hours during the night outside our side of the hotel. Check in was very slow due to there only being was person working the front desk especially at a very prime check in time. The hotel could use some updating. Beds, pillows and linens were nice and comfortable. TV channels were very good. The breakfast buffet was excellent with good fresh hot and cold selections. The breakfast area was clean, organized and well stocked.

This hotel is worn down and in need of updating. It was extremely busy the entire time and did not lend itself to being the cleanest facility.
It is very convenient and walkable to many things in downtown Nashville including Country Music Hall of Fame and Broadway. Breakfast was good but again, the cleanliness of the dining area and worn out furniture did not make it the best experience.

The property is in a good location and the rates reflect that. However, it is a bit tired. Our room was in need of repairs that clearly had been ignored. The toilet seat was very loose which would have been an easy 5 minute repair and clearly a problem that any house keeper would have noticed. The second issue was just as obvious but a more difficult repair. The bathroom door was a sliding barn door. It couldn't close properly because it drug on the floor one it got about 1/4 closed. You needed to lift the door outward with both hands to slide it further and then there were huge gaps on the sides. Why weren't these repaired ages ago? The front desk is poorly staffed and you often wait long times for service.

The location is great! Only a couple blocks to Country Music HOF Museum, "NashVegas" strip, Assembly Food Court, etc. Only complaint was they have a "barn door" on the bathroom (and no exhaust fan) so not only is there a lack of privacy (you can see through the edges) but sounds and smells can't be contained (if you know what I mean).

The valet was hustling but they needed more people. Took 20 min. The front desk lady was so nice. Nonexistent water pressure, like none. Great location!

The stay was great. The lobby was very clean and breakfast was wonderful! They had many choices.
Our bathroom in our room was not that great. Mildew and mold around the floor and tub and also on the ceiling above the shower.

There is no self parking onlyy valet parking and the cost is $53 dollars per day, the room had plumbing issues liking sink no access in front of the hotel, no drawers in the room.

Our flight was delayed, notified hotel. Arrived at hotel, doors locked for security purposes but no staff present to answer phone or unlock door. Piggybacked off another person coming into hotel. Waited in lobby for another 20 min until a security guard saw us and went out side to find staff to check in. Night staff appeared inconvenienced to check us in then our door wouldn’t unlock so the security guard had to go outside again to find staff to help us.

I liked the hotel as I am a Hilton honors member and it was clean but it was a little old and in need of upgrades !
The door in our room that closes the bathroom and closet was extremely heavy , difficult to push open or close!

The laundry service was broken the manager Dona was nasty and unfriendly. They charge an early check in fee of 50.00 and don’t tell you. The room was dirty with bugs. I never in my life heard of a hotel that charges you to check in early. Very unfriendly staff especially the manager who did not show any form of southern kindness. Highly recommend to NOT STAY HERE!

Experience was both good and so-so. The location was excellent. The hotel was clean and breakfast was delicious. The bed was very uncomfortable especially after a long day of walking. The room also faced a very noisy street, sleep was hard to aquire. I would stay here again but not in a room that faces that busy street

Great location for easy walkable access to downtown Nashville. Staff was friendly. Room and public restrooms were clean. Complimentary breakfast was fabulous! The only thing I was disappointed about was the condition of the furniture in the lobby and breakfast area. All of the furniture needs to be replaced. The furniture was in bad shape and dirty looking. There were some cosmetic repairs that needed to be done in the room. This was a great location and I would stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay, the beds were comfortable, it was quiet, easy to walk downtown and have breakfast lunch, and dinner. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great experience. Short walk to Broadway. Easy check in. Staff was helpful when needed (except for the kitchen during breakfast). Breakfast options were great, 7-11 on weekends was a perk. All day coffee bar was a plus. There were 3 of us in a 2 (king) bed suite and it was perfect.
