Was attending an event at Media City Doc 10. Hotel is ideally placed for this and also the Trafford centre and Manchester united football grounds. A comfortable hotel with good size rooms, shower in bath and nice amenities. Good but overpriced breakfast .

Great stay - 2 nights for business - room was very clean - reception and breakfast team very friendly - only downside was a loud noise when in room - told reception however when they arrived couldn't hear anything -noise persisted all night - - it sounded like banging - could have been pipes ?

Just round the cirner from the car park , Comfortable and clean nights stay, close to the quays couple of mins walk. Breakfast was tasty and lots of choice would use again if needed.

The hotel location was fantastic but I have some serious concerns regarding the structure of the hotel. We were on the 10th floor and the floor was squeaky and the grouting in the bathroom was all broken. Under no circumstances should that be happening.

We stayed overnight to visit the Coronation Street experience. It was a 5 minute walk away and is well situated for all of the amenities in that area. Lovely spacious, comfy room, with lovely bedding.
The only thing was the postcode covers a large area and we couldn't find it easily, so missed the car park too.

We booked it for the Coronation street experience, wow we weren't disappointed , just a five minute walk.Also parking and dropping off was easy, multistorey car park two minutes walk.Tram for the city centre just a couple of minutes as well. Well worth it.Staff very friendly helpful, and cheerful.Best I've seen for a long time.If your going for The Coronation Street experience or Old Traford or even into the city you won't be disappointed, you might even bump into some tv stars that stay there.

Our flight was cancelled and were therefore arriving almost 24hrs late, we rang reception and they were very friendly and helpful in confirming they could hold our room. It was clean and in a great location, would definitely again

Very close to the tram which takes 30 mins to get into town.
Only downside is I haven’t been able to get my £50 pounds bond deposit that I paid upon check-in, and I was told upon checkout that it would be refunded to
my debit card within 1-2 working days. I have reached out 3 times via various channels, and no response yet. Hope to hear from them soon.

Check in was busy as expected but staff were welcoming (Ellie i think) explained everything we needed. The £50 security deposit was an unwelcome suprise so glad we had an option for that (luckily) the room was ok, tired decor, hair on the floor, bathroom not very clean. 1 tissue in the box and half used toilet roll. Glasses were filthy. The bed was big and comfy ish, very warm in the room and no window to open. The towels were stained and drain in shower clogged. Nothing major that we needed someones attention for as everyone was clearly very busy but for what I paid i was expecting luxury not a semi clean room

Myself and my daughter stay here just overnight as we were part of the audience for the voice final for ITV, great location, right next to where we needed to be for filming, lovely clean rooms, comfy beds and a lovely full English for breakfast (other options were available) we were even able to get Pizza at 23:45 when we got back from filming that had run over time, overall a very pleasant stay.

Very clean, comfortable beds, spacious room. Reception responded extremely quickly to help us with a noisy bathroom fan. Great selection for breakfast. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Booked with friends to see the filming of The Voice in studios at Dock 10, which is literally next door to the hotel, so location couldn’t have been closer.
Breakfast was good and all looked fresh. Food in Marco Pierre White’s bar/restaurant on the ground floor (day before) left a lot to be desired and will definitely give that a miss in future, but there are a number of well known eateries in the area.
Good link via tram as far as I could tell and parking is readily available in the multi storey next door, with a hotel parking rate for overnight stays.
Rooms were clean and had all the basics needed for one night and staff were all welcoming.

From the reception staff to the style, size and cleanliness of the room, everything was excellent. I travel a lot for work and this is the nicest Holiday Inn that I have stayed at.

The location was perfect and was an easy walk to the Old Trafford football stadium. The trams were close by which was convenient to get into the city.
Definitely would recommend staying to anyone .

The AC didn’t work on arrival so we reported it. On return that eve they said fixed. It wasn’t but we gave benefit of the doubt a persevered. At 1.30am we moved rooms and all our stuff. Very inconvenient but night staff were excellent and refunded partial room rate for that night which we thought was fair. Just a shame it wasn’t dealt with upon first report. Maintenance cannot have checked properly. However, apart from this which was rectified without quibble the stay was good. Friendly staff, breakfast excellent choice and quality. Good location to many amenities as well.
