Very nice

Second time staying at this property and again had a great stay! The rooms are great; super clean, and plenty of space for everyone to hang out. We used the kitchen to make breakfast and dinner and it was stocked with everything we needed. Looking forward to our next stay there. The only thing I’d wish for would be softer toilet paper.

The 2nd bedroom is very small and the bathroom is small. The murphy bed is a Queen and pretty comfortable. The fire alarm went off and we had to evacate the building at night.

The suite is very family friendly, there is a TV in every room, my kids don't fight about the TV, the room is clean, the kitchen is well equipped, the staff is welcoming, the car is safe in the underground garage, Internet 24 hours $5 for two devices is acceptable. The only drawback is the hotel under construction opposite, which is not suitable for getting up too late in the morning.

This was a great stay off The Row and located close to the University. The staff was kind and efficient and the room extremely clean. Bed sheets are great! Secure area for parking. The down side is that the windows open up to a pretty dilapidated, under construction part of town. On the super upside, needed a little extra time and they gave a late check out. Will stay again!

Really well stocked kitchen so I could cook for myself all week. Huge rooms, making it easy to work during the day. The staff is attentive and accommodating. I was between 2 weekend ski trips in Tahoe and just needed an inexpensive place to work during the week. It was just perfect!

Great location! Walking distance to the arch and casinos. Online the property looked outdated, but our room was updated and very clean. We loved the 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom room (and it even had a full sized Murphy bed too!) The staff was very helpful and friendly, we would definitely stay here again when in town.

The hotel is very dated ...in bad need of remodel. The staff is very friendly. Internet was not good.

Our family had a great stay at Worldmark Reno! We booked a two bedroom/two bathroom and had plenty of space for the four of us. The kitchen was updated, super clean, and had everything we needed to make our dinners in the unit. The pool was closed for the season, but our kids had fun in the hot tub. Staff was also super nice. We will for sure stay here again.

The condo room was very nicely appointed with good supplies and fresh look. Very secure. Very helpful desk personnel.

The secure underground parking and that a key card is the only way to get in the elevators and your room.

Friendly front desk staff. Room was nice...seems pretty new. We had a unit with one bedroom and a murphy bed. The murphy bed was surprisingly very comfortable, with a "real" mattress (not the kind your sometimes find on things like this). Quiet hotel. I was pleased...better than I was expecting.

The price is a little high for Reno! But over all good

Was looking for a place near circus circus for my daughter and nephews for our skiing trip. Need to house 6 people. Found this place and it has a kitchen. Pictures look good so decided to give it a try. Got a 2 beds and 2 baths. It also have a kitchen. The hotel/condo unit was better than the pictures and expected. Two blocks from el dorado which is connected to circus circus. Loved the place and planning to stay at it again in February!

This was one of those hotels that was just "ok" and a little less than I expected. It's an older property and my first impression was not so great. It was a little dark and not really inviting. The elevators were more like service elevators. The staff was attentive and friendly, I have no issues with them. The room was ok, but again a little less than I expected. They have two vending machines on the first floor right as you get on the elevator. They don't have coffee for the guests, I was told to make coffee in my room. So basically I had to walk to Starbucks 4 blocks away in the Eldorado Hotel. The area didn't feel that safe and when you walk from the property to the casinos you'll be passing all kinds of street people.

What a beautiful suite we had! Joe checked us in early which was wonderful. He was so helpful. We would recommend this property to anyone visiting Reno. We plan to stay there again.

In my opinion the best place to stay in reno has everything, if I had to look for a place it would be the first one I look for that is available, I would have loved that they allow you longer stays.

I’ve never feared a hotel then staying here. This hotel should be condemned for its safety and location. To start off, it’s located around several bars and a corner where hookers so there business.. literally right outside the building a hookers was solicitation g and having sex in her van all night long.. it could be heard and seen from where we had to park our car. The. Going in the hotel “supposedly” they are renovating but it was never disclosed in hotel.com. The walls were torn apart. The fumes in the hallway.. we literally had to hold our breath. Luckily the room was decent although we didn’t realize that the oven was left tuned on from housekeeping.. omg that would have been a nightmare. I asked the front desk for shampoo and conditioner as only one set was available for 4 guests.. they said sorry we don’t have any.. what!! So I had to go buy some and thw. Leave behind since I couldn’t go on air plain w me. This is not a 3. 1/2 star hotel! More like a -10 star motel!! I searched for other places to stay and they were triple the amount and I try calling hotels.com and it just rang and rang.. so disappointed.

The front desk staff were very helpful whenever you needed anything. I would like to recognize Shawn from the front desk for going above and beyond. Maintenance employees were also very friendly and corteous.

We were impressed by cleanliness, space, location and friendliness of staff. Highly recommended!

It was ok I just like how when I found out it was a Wyndham hotel they wouldn’t let me add my points door mob was broken to master bedroom and pee on toilet

I stay at this WorldMark whenever I am in Reno. The staff are all very friendly. One in particular, Shane, is amazing. He is always so helpful. He even walked down to the parking garage to see if there was room to park my Escalade. I will choose this hotel over any in Reno every time!

Location, Location, Location. This property is in the heart of downtown and close walking distance to the river, restaurants, shows, events, etc..

Wonderful get away with family. Unit was clean, very comfortable and roomy.

Really like this hotel 🏨. It’s pretty much the closest thing to the comfort of being home. I came to town to run a couple errands and go to an Aces baseball ⚾️ game. They ended up canceling the ball game because of the smoke 💨 the friendly staff member who checked me in for my stay remembered my name and why I was visiting.
