Fantastic downtown location right in the mix. Some big stores on the doorstep plus Boston Common just behind. Staff are all super friendly and efficient. The barman also so friendly and polite.

It’s a great location and can easily walk to many fun things and great food. We enjoyed raiding the treats by the elevator. Front desk staff was resourceful to help with local things to do near the hotel. Bedding and shower are fine. Remember you’re in the city and you will hear sounds of city life all night.

Had a wonderful trip with my daughter and my mother. Everyone was so friendly from check in to check out. Loved the snacks and water in room. Will definitely be back!!

I had the best time here. The hotel staff were friendly and professional and the room was clean and perfect for what we needed. Best part of this hotel was it's location. We literally parked our car and walked everywhere. I would come back everytime to this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and the front desk staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly- I felt very welcomed. The vallet staff is outgoing, attentive and easy to talk to. All the “extras” that were delivered to our room made the stay perfect.

First time in Boston and couldn't ask for a better stay. Walking distance to everything! Easy to navigate from Godfrey throughout the area. Service was wonderful and attentive. I mostly definitely want to visit Boston again and without hesitation would stay at the Godfrey again!

We love the Godfrey ! Excellent and friendly service (especially the valet). Can’t beat the location walking distance to best restaurants/bars. Rooms are cozy and very comfortable… easy to stay in and lounge all day or hit the town for nightlife. We will always be back !

I had a very good experience at the Godfrey. The room was beautiful and very clean. The Location was great, the amenities like the bar and the coffee shop in the lobby were convenient. Most of all the the staff was excellent. I would like to especially Thank Modesto one of the Valets. I had car trouble and he went beyond his duties to get my car back on the road. he is a credit to the hotel

Excellent stay. Great location - close to both the Green line and the Orange Line, it is right in Downtown Crossing (theater district). Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were late arriving for a Celtics game so they put our bags in our room so we could run out the door. The connected coffee shop had excellent food for breakfast!

Amenities and staff were fantastic! The beds were extremely comfy and every thing was clean. Staff were very accommodating however we were on a street view room and I guess there’s a night club near by blasting music. We were up until 2 am due to the music. If there wasn’t that noise this stay would have been absolutely perfect.

Had a great stay at the Godfrey! Easy walk to dinner at the Boston Chop House and the Opera House to see a fantastic musical, all just a few blocks away. The hotel staff were exceptional. The bed was extra comfy and we appreciated the complementary drinks in the lobby bar.

It was amazing! They held our luggage because we arrived hours before check in and then called us as soon as our rooms were ready. They had lots of fun things going on in the lobby both Friday and Saturday and were wonderful to help with any questions or issues.

Had issue with the heather in the room. Not working, brought a spare noise heather... did not sleep well. Hotel does not have restaurant/room service on premises... hard for biz folks.

Absolutely great stay!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend and stay here many times more when visiting this great city. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were amazing, super comfortable and everything was perfect!!

Comfortable bed, nice linens, and pleasant staff. Drink tickets are a nice added bonus. Room small and dimly lit. King bed with bedside table on only one side which left someone placing eyeglasses, phone, book on floor. No hooks in room or bathroom for towels, robe, coats, etc., and there were many places where they could be placed. Had to ask for cups and more coffee on some days. No artificial sweetener for coffee in room. No refrigerator in our room, but others had them.

Initial the room allocated was very very below standard with a wardrobe in the bathroom and a huge pillar in the middle of the room and very shabby However we were impressed with how staff dealt with the situation, changing the room, offering a complementary breakfast and a refund of room tax. It was surprising to think that they thought the initial room would have been acceptable. The speed at which this was dealt with was impressive and staff were very friendly. Great location in central downtown
