Room was small but comfortable. Very clean. All staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was a bit far from hotel.

Hotel is clean and quiet considering it is very well situated. Close to most areas to visit in town as well as places to eat including restaurant in hotel for breakfast or early lunch.

Location is good - walking distance to main street and feels safe walking back at night. It has associated parking (not on premise though), but that is a huge benefit.
Do not not all rooms have windows for fresh air (some are facing the lobby). Nice place and would consider re-booking

We reserved a king bed and got a double. The window room is on the main floor about 15 feet from the road . We were offered a balcony instead which door opened into the lobby which was to be our balcony . There is a coffee maker but I had to purchase the pods at 45 pesos same as cafe. The staff was friendly polite and helpful.

Staff is extremely helpful, my room 103 was clean and had high ceilings and spacious bathroom. Worth noting the parking lot is not onsite but a few blocks away. With that said, the staff is always available to walk you there and go with you to pick up or drop off the car. The staff also always left a new free water bottle in the room. Enjoyed the stay despite no windows in my room

Located at the edge of the historic center of Oaxaca yet still at a walkable distant, it’s a great place for staying. The facilities are not new but clean, classic and suit with the overall scene. Btw, great beds.

By far the staff was the best. Front check service was fast and easy. The staff guys went above and beyond to bring us anything we needed. We asked for a beverage bucket and he brought us 2 different sizes. Just made you feel as if you were at home. The rooms are pretty basic, but very clean. It fit perfect for us, since we were gone sightseeing most of the day. We also liked we can get a quick bite and coffee in the early morning. At night it’s very quite, feels completely safe. Definitely would recommend this nice, convenient and comfortable hotel.

The staff were really pleasant and the rooms were beautiful. The rooftop bar was fabulous and Ernesto made incredible drinks from fresh juices and his family’s local mezcal. He was the best bartender and the setting was really lovely.

Lovely hotel, great staff, and no distance from anywhere in Centro on foot. Comfy bed, good shower, and daily room service. Roof terrace with good views to the northern hills and nearby buildings.

Flor at the front desk was excellent at helping me with numerous things I requested from her. The junior suite was amazing and it accommodated three of us.

The hotel is great, but with the price we paid in Expedia (they told me that), they gave me a windowless room, very noisy (Near the kitchen). The room was clean but the towels were old (Clean but old). Everything else was great.

Well the location of the Hotel was perfect but our rooms was not to good the street noise was annoying and the safe was broken. I didn’t realize that we had purchase some Starbucks cups and one of the cups was missing that was also annoying ...

I have stayed in Oaxaca many times. This is the worst hotel I have experienced. Staff was not helpful, and the worst was the noise level during the night. If you want to sleep at night DO NOT stay at this hotel.
