Beds were confortable

I didn't like the environment

Perfect, basic facilities for a short stopover

The bedding was comfortable however the mattress (not the sheets!) smelled of cigarettes

The staff could not print the bill, it took 2 days for me to get my statement.

Perfect location for us on our way, easy to get there, friendly staff, very clean room

We arrived friday at 00:00 so when going to the reception, i pushed the door to go inside the reception and i was welcomed by the receptionist with " couldn't you knock before coming in?! " because mr. Receptionist was too busy flirting with a girl during his job. Acting like i entered his bedroom and not the hotel's reception. The receptionist didn't speek English and couldn't bother to show any hospitality. The rooms could've been much cleaner.

The location was perfect and the safety aid the car. the car park was excellent.

The big hit were the beds. Very comfortable! Check-in staff was super friendly, although it was a bit rough for him to understand our names. (We were a large group and had several rooms). But they always had a smile on their face:-) It was a tiny room, but we knew to expect that. It definitely met our expectation considering the price we paid.

Most of the rooms smelled like smoke. Also, we had called the hotel several days before to ask a question. The website says that both French and English is spoken. But the day we called no one spoke English and we tried with broken French to communicate, but they did hang up on us the first time.

there was no towels in the room. reception was closed so could not get any. good job it was hot as used the blanket to get dried

the staff were so bad. they came to our room without asking and even say the very bad words. and the owner knew it and she did nothing. the worst day in my life

The quietness of the area.

The gate was opened all night which is unsafe. There was no fan in the room as it was hot. I dont want to think the night inthe room when it is very without the fan. Please, provide fan for customer.

Cheap place to stay.

They could have changed the bed sheets and curtains so that is does not smell with cigarettes.

Location.

The maids came in at 600 am and were laugh and calling to each other and we were right above their area so were woken by them. The only room we could have stank of old cigarette smoke. Our clothes smelled the next day when we left. The first room they gave us the maid had not finish cleaning so they gave as another, they didnt even know what state the rooms were in. This was 6 pm. The room was so small the space between the bed and wall at the foot of the bed was too small to walk without bumping the bed or wall at i am 5 foot 7 inches 140 lbs do not large.
