Bed is soft and comfortable, comparing to its price.

The atmosphere is bad, especially there was stuck smelling in the room.

This price is very decent given the space and facility you will get from this hotel.

Selections for restaurants nearby is very limited. Better go to downtown which is about 10 mins drive.

The rooms smell very musty, seems the AC is not able to manage high humidity. The clothes feel damp. Gym is not well maintained, Crosstrainer needs some maintenance, also it would be good if extra tools were provided at the gym. Upon check-in we asked for late check-out and were told we would be able to check-out until noon w/o extra charge, at 11am we received a unfriendly phone call from front desk to tell us we would be charged extra since we did not check-out on time (in the end I did not pay extra charge after unpleasant discussion with front desk). Room cleanliness was ok, however bathroom sink was dirty. Furthermore would be nice to have an electricity plug in the bathroom, drying hair in the room over the desk w/o mirror is not convenient.

Clean and good service. Facility for kids is the major attraction. My kids spent hours in the kids playground!

Parking lots are dispersed and a little confusing. Would be better to have a parking map on website. Most facilities are closed due to pandemic, but it is safe to do so.

Although I like this property all the facility and location as well . Staff is so friendly and can speak in English or Chinese as you prefers , rooms specious and also very accessories of all , worth its to stay here , recommended this hotel if stay in chaiyi 😊
