The location was great. Close to transport and within easy walking distance to Old Trafford. Lots of options for groceries in the area, again walking distance away. The flat had washing facilities, as well as the usual amenities for cooking, etc. Close to Salford Quays. Great for self-catering holidays. Instructions for entry were easy to follow.

The toilet seat had some stability issues. When I raised my concerns, the response was prompt regarding raising the issue with Maintenance. But no actual fixing of the problem. As I was staying longer than a week, not a very desirable situation for me. I had to be very careful when using this facility.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. The prices are also good and was reasonable. The location is very good and close to many supermarkets and restaurants. Everything you need is within 5 miles radius. The apartments are really cool and clean.

For longer stay the cleaning needs an additional fee. I stayed for 2 weeks and because cleaning was not done frequently we saw spiders coming in. But apart from that the apartments are really spacious and clean

That it was on the top floor with no lift. It was very difficult dragging a suitcase upstairs especially as I have a bad knee so really struggled unfortunately.

They took all the deposit( 99£) because "the room needed cleaning" We stayed there for almost a month and they didn't do any regular cleaning we tried keep it clean but off course after checking out it will need a bit of cleaning. Very frustrated with with that. 99 £ for some regular cleaning. They should take any thing. They mentioned that the deposit is for damage not cleaning!!

I've stayed in Manchester quite a few times with work over the years and have had great experience and have found the city and its people to be very hospitable overall. Unfortunately this was not the case in this instance. Between cigarette butts in the hallway from the entrance to the building and our apartment to walking into the apartment and seeing takeaway boxes on the worktop, dirty dishes left in the sink and knickers left in the bathroom (I have photos but would rather not share them on this public forum), I was left with no other choice but to request compensation. I was offered other accomodation from the company, but after seeing these things, the state of the building and the apartment, I don't know why I would want to stay anywhere else they could offer. Overall, we paid 500 euro approx for the accomodation which we did not stay in. I wasn't offered a refund and am left very disappointed with the whole experience. All I am left to do is advise anyone travelling to Manchester to avoid at all costs unless you plan on spending your whole trip outside of the accomodation.
