This is a gated property in Loiza, Puerto Rico. The property is well maintained inside and out. The keys to the property and condo were easilty accessbile at the assigned parking spot. I had keys to side and front door of SO condo section. Elevator worked properly for 3rd floor condo. The condo was spacious and nicely decorated. It had a small dining area, living room, kitchen with fridge and stove. The condo had a washer and drier. It had two bedrooms; one master with its own batrhoom and a second bedroom with two full beds and its own bathroom. The condo had multiple closets. What I loved was that the two bathrooms had good water pressure along with hot water in the shower and bathroom sink. Host left ample towels for use. This condo had its own corner balcony with a nice terrace area. Although the living room had a small ceiling leak,(when it rained hard) the leak did not in any way affect our use of the room/space. The leak was not constant either; it only happened when it rained hard for some time. Overall, our stay in this room was pleasant. Whenever I had a question I would text the host and he would reply quicjly. I recommend this property.

The assigned parking spot is quite distant from the actual condo. It makes it hard to move luggage from parking spot to condo property. I parked near the gate, took out all luggage then parked the car. Did the same when leaving and loading the car back up with luggage. I was not given the gate beeper, so one should know that at 9pm, the guard at the gate must go and do his rounds. Therefore, if you do not have a gate beeper, you will have to wait for security guard to return to let you into the complex.

Everything about to property was exactly as described. There were no unexpected surprises.

I enjoyed the room and the double balconies. You can see the beach and the mountains from the balconies. We spent most of our time out there since the weather was very nice for early December. I also enjoyed the quiet neighborhood in a gated community. As well as driving through the local community. The local restaurants and stands had delicious food and people were nice and helpful. I would enjoy staying here again in the future.
