The staff were very nice and supportive. Location is good, near the museum and city centre and it's safe. Very well equipped. The room is very spacious.

The wifi was not very stable. Hot water showers we're only available in the morning and in the evening. it could be a bit noisy sometimes.

Security staff went above and beyond for everything we needed. Apartments had everything we needed, spacious clean and homey.

Nice to have own cooking facilities and a fridge! The security guard Edgar was fantastic too.

The bathroom was tiny! The reception was closed when I checked in (between 3 and 4pm and the hotel was informed) having to seek help from the buildings guard to get in, pay and locate room. All meals need to be pre-ordered at breakfast that day.

Stayed here twice. The location is excellent. Close to a supermarket and a 20 minute walk into the center. The apartment was quiet and sleeping at night was no problem. There is a local bar across the road but they close at 11pm. There is 24-7 security. Kitchen was reasonably well equipped and it was possible to cook. WIFI was excellent. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Hot water was available in the shower in the morning and the evening.

Pity that there was no dining table and also no writing desk. Making working difficult. But I didn't ask reception for this, maybe they would have supply one.

Excellent service. The lady was really nice. The apartment was okay, clean and tidy.

It was terrible how noisy the street was. It was hard to sleep therefore that's why I am giving them a 7. The street next to it was busy and very noisy in the evening.

The Ambience is stellar and the security guard is very helpful. The kitchen is well stocked. Ample parking space.

They don’t have hot water in the shower. The Amount paid is more than the amount indicated on the app as they give an exchange rate higher than the market rate as they claim booking app charges them with a future rate so they are compensating.

Coordination for room allocation and check in could have been better and the price on the app should be adhered to which means prior information should be shared with the staff upon check in. The facility could provide soap and courtesy lotion and sanitary pack as part of the service. Perhaps house slippers and/or bathroom slacks would be nice but all in all nice quiet place

Great location and able to walk to the city and museum easily. Very clean with modern facilities. Lovely staff who were all so friendly and helpful.

you can never find a person in the evening if you need something. a dog barking whole night, very noisy. The staffs wanna be easy, they don’t care about ur needs and do not give proper services.

Nice, modern and safe apartment located not far from the city center. Comfortable bed, clean and furnished with all the essential. All the guys of the staff are great and super friendly (except the manager that has been quite rude in some occasions)
