So close to the terminals and buses. Rooms were quite spacious. Great bathroom. Nice mini fridge.

Rooms were hot and it was not possible to reduce the heat. We tried everything. We had to eventually open the window. It would be good to have some instructions on how to use the aircon although we believe it was set to a certain temperature.

A perfect place to rest up after a busy couple of weeks in Europe before a long haul flight back to Australia.

Sehr bequem und ideal für eine Nacht, direkt am Flughafen, ganz praktisch wenn man ganz früh fliegen muss.

Das Frühstück ist ab 6 Uhr morgens, ich musste früher los. Vielleicht ab 5 wäre besser.

I had a hair in my bed and when I asked for a new room I was told they need to check first before giving me another room. Thankfully I took a picture and they got me a different room.

Clean. No hassle. Quick check in. Very near the airport especially when jet lagged and you just want to rest, this place is perfect.

Trudno się do czegokolwiek przyczepić, może poza ceną, ale ta mieści się w granicach rozsądku biorąc pod uwagę lokalizację i poziom hotelu.

Automatyczny check-in skierował nas do złego pokoju, ale obsługa to szybko naprawiła.

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich, dabei auch sehr lecker. Die Betten waren super weich und bequem, man konnte in ihnen versinken. Das Personal war nett und zuvorkommend.

Das Self-Check-In hat nicht funktioniert und man musste in einer langen Schlange anstehen, obwohl man das Zimmer schon gebucht hat. Das Abendessen war etwas sehr salzig geraten.

Excelente localização, funcionários muito educados. Quartos novos e limpos.

Assim como na maioria dos demais hoteis que ficamos, o ar condicionado é central e não se consegue controlar a temperatura. No meu caso o quarto ficou quente e atrapalhou um pouco a noite.

Man bucht ein Zimmer für 3 Personen und bekommt ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett (1,60m breit) und soll dort mit einem 6 jährigen Kind zu dritt schlafen. Unmöglich! Ein Zustellbett gab es nicht, das Hotel war ausgebucht. Nicht mal Bettzeug wurde für einen dritte Person hingelegt, aber der volle Preis wurde verlangt. Eine Frechheit! Auf Nachfrage wurde nur gesagt, das Hotel ist ausgebucht und es gibt keine Zustellbetten mehr. Dann kann man halt nicht so viele Gäste annehmen. Wie gesagt, der volle Preis musste bezahlt werden. Die Nacht war grausam, der Start in den Urlaub richtig schlecht. Das war auch kein Einzelfall… darüber hatten sich schon mehrere Leute beschwert!

Das Hotel hat eine Top Lage. Im Restaurant super leckeres Essen.

Your staff are amazing. I’m also within the industry and I know how hard it is to get good employees, train and keep them. We stayed with you twice - reception, housekeeping, restaurant/bar staff. Three of your restaurant employees (Greek Bar man), Spanish waitress and Egyptian waiter were exceptional. We will definitely always book your hotel again when traveling from and to Berlin airport

Left elevator randomly stopped on first floor and elevator buttons were broken

Proximity to airport terminal & train station. Super clean and comfortable. Good wifi. Breakfast was good.

All decent, can't complain.
