Met by Lukasz at the property and showed us what we needed for a very comfortable stay. Extremely accomodating with our early arrival. Spacious and modern with good facilities. The additional w.c on the same level as the bedrooms was helpful. The main bathroom was on the ground floor with a great shower, over a sizeable bath, with a hygienic glass screen.
The weather meant we didn't get to enjoy the outside terrace.

Absolut phantastisches Appartement in Belfast! Es ist sehr großzügig und befindet sich in den oberen Stockwerken eines 2-Familien-Hauses. Das Haus ist total neu renoviert und absolut modern und hochwertig ausgestattet! Von der modernen Wohnküche (sogar mit Waschtrockner und Geschirrspülmaschine) über das Badezimmer bis zu den Schlafzimmern ist die Ausstattung absolut hochwertig. Eine schöne Terrasse zum Hinterhof lädt zum Sitzen ein und man kann dort sehr gut den Tag ausklingen lassen. Darüber hinaus ist außer einer Heizung mit moderner Steuerung ist auch eine Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos vorhanden. Daran ist schon erkennbar, dass sehr viel Wert auf die Zukunftsfähigkeit gelegt wurde!
Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Supermärkte und eine Haltestelle des Glider-Schnellbusses (Haltestelle Connswater), mit dem man in wenigen Minuten im Stadtzentrum von Belfast ist.
Großes Lob auch an den Gastgeber Lukas. Er verwaltet das Anwesen sehr professionell und zuvorkommend. Der Kontakt mit ihm ist sehr angenehm!
Ich vergebe nicht viele 10-Punkte-Bewertungen, aber hier ist es auf jeden Fall gerechtfertigt!

I was pleasantly surprised once I received before our arrival short videos of how the machines operated. Washing machine, dish washer, etc. Brilliant idea.
Lukas was very polite and helpful.
The place was SPOTLESS.
The place has each own parking space and a deck (weather permitted) to enjoy the open air.
The master bedroom is really big and has a wardrobe.
The second room is a bit smaller with a wardrobe
Comfy beds.
There was nothing negative to mention.

Spacious and very clean. Really modern decor. Two toilets an advantage for family. Plenty of toilet paper and towels. Ample crockery and cooking utensils.

Everything about this apartment was 100% it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Everything we needed was in it, including towels,washing machine tablets, and dishwasher tablets. The owner was so helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here as it's very central to lots of attractions in Belfast. We will definitely be back again.

Very well appointed with all modern equipment
The apartment is split over 4 floors with narrow stairs. The regulatory need for fire doors means that all doors to the bedrooms and kitchen area automatically close and can't be held open for a period of time

It's difficult to highlight just one thing but communication with the hosts is definitely exceptional. Also their flexibility regarding checking in and out. The place has everything one may need for the few days stay, including even a charger for the electric car.
There is a bit of noise during the day but it's all good in the night time. Also, the area may not be everyone's cup of tea, however we found it rather interesting.

Beautiful apartment close to Titanic quarter. Quiet area. Walking distance to grocery and Starbucks, could also walk to Titanic area. Host very communicativie before, during, and after our stay with helpful information. Be sure to follow his directions to parking as it's behind the apartment building, as is access to the apartment, not in the front!
We found the beds to be too soft and somewhat uncomfortable for us, though our adult son thought his was fine. Most likely a personal preference, we prefer firm beds. Nothing that would prevent us from staying here again or recommending the apartment to others though! Neighborhood was largely "closed" with most businesses/buildings shuttered, you would need to walk/drive/take public transport to city centre.

Everything was better than I could have imagined! The apartment was big, clean, new. It had everything I needed plus more! The owner was very pleasant and we had a good laugh together. Location is great. There is plenty nearby and only a short walk into the city centre. I will definitely be back to stay again. Thank you so much.

The house has everything brand-new in it, from washing machine to all the kitchen, the bathroom in new in really good. I like to the bedroom with the sky window, you can see stars at night.

everything was clean, well maintained and gave the impression to be new. modern and well furnished, it had a fully functional kitchen with tee, coffee and hazelnut spread.
The automatic lights turning on. this is especially annoying in the middle of the night. the doors tend to slam shut on their own if not held back against.
