Location and setup was great. Overall it made our Canberra stay really easy and convenient. It was close to the main part of the city, at a reasonable price and had everything you could ask for, at a great standard. We had an issue with the door but the team picked up the phone and got assistance to us within an hour.

The instructions to get in were a little tricky, but it may have been more user error than anything. The balcony was unusable if the air con was on due to heated air coming from the outdoor unit.

night mare parking and key procedures. It took us a stressful hour to locate the parking lot. Before that, it took half an hour to locate the room key (hanging on the tree trunk next to a dark wall in a zigzag road maze). It also took us 20 minutes illegal parking on the leaving day while all the long way walking back to the room to return the key after using it to open the garage gate.

The location only. The accommodation was not very comfortable at all.

Key pickup was ridiculous, locating the car parking space took ages, door wouldn't close when I got into the apartment, bath mat was soakibg wet on arrival, 2 dirty tea stained cups in the cupboard so made me wonder if the whole place was cleaned properly, plastic cover over mattress was very hot & slippery, pillows were the flatest I've ever experienced, cushions in lounge were flat, no microwave cooking dishes, one thin towel allowed per person, and no spare tea towel. Overall the apartment wasn't made very comfortable for guests and although the location was fantastic, it was also noisy being on a main road.

It is in perfect location, which we could enjoy walking to the city centre for dinner and entertainment. Room is in extremely comfortable and clean condition.

Key Collectiion was highly stresful. Had to sleep in a broken bed which couldn't be fixed unless I was present in the room. I was working every day while there.
