Great little renter. The property has been done really well and has everything you might need. It is a credit to the owners and managers. Heaps of parking, a driveway gate, easy access... Will definitely stay here again when in Hamilton.

This property is perfect for a group or family. Its professionally setup and run by very good operators like youd expect at a motel, very well renovated, parking is excellent, street is quiet, it has a/c, a lovely warm gas fire, an office in addition to bedrooms, even though not a new build, its the best weve had for our business group in a while. Ie 3 bedrooms, at the right price, with good parking. It will be great for a family too. Highly recommended.

Spacious, comfortable and well-appointed home. The hosts had thought of extra touches to make the stay convenient and enjoyable such as some cooking condiments, games, heat pump and gas fire.

The property was close to the river, shops etc. It was clean and well presented. There were some lovely games and toys for the children to play with. Access to Netflix and Disney was also a bonus. Also some other lovely touches like bath bombs and Nespresso coffee!
There were no curtains or blinds in the lounge or kitchen which meant that it didn’t feel private and the neighbours could see in. There is a sofa bed in the lounge but no curtains. We also stripped all the beds as per the instruction book, but then received a message saying we didn’t need to.

It was absolutely beautiful! So much space and great attention to detail. The kids loved the outdoor space and the big bath
It really needs aircon 🥵. Apart from that we couldn’t fault it and would happily return in the cooler months but the fans were not enough to be comfortable.

The house was great, was clean and tidy awsum bathroom
The host, rude and abrupt when i called him, the messages I was sent because he was obviously watching our every move on the cameras that were outside so felt as tho there was no privacy and we were being watched and spied on constantly.
