Avoid at All Costs – Moldy Nightmare Experience I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Maxhome Plus that turned out to be a complete nightmare. If you value your health and well-being, avoid this place at all costs! From the moment I stepped into the apartment, I was hit with a foul stench of mold. It was unbearable and seemed to be coming from the dishwasher. Hoping it was a temporary issue, I contacted the host immediately. To my shock and dismay, the host was fully aware of the problem and I was directed to light a candle???Despite this prior knowledge, they still chose to rent out the room without addressing the severe health hazard. The moldy smell permeated the entire apartment, making it impossible to escape. I tried to spend as little time indoors as possible, but it was clear that the mold issue was deeply rooted and not something that could be ignored. The air felt thick and musty, and I began to worry about the potential health risks of prolonged exposure. The host's lack of concern for the guests' well-being is appalling. They clearly prioritize profit over safety, which is both irresponsible and unethical. I can only imagine how many other unsuspecting guests have fallen victim to this scam. Despite multiple complaints and requests for an immediate refund and relocation the host remained uncooperative and dismissive. It is evident that they have no intention of addressing the mold issue, and continue to rent out the room to unsuspecting travelers. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and should not be tolerated on a platform like booking.com. I urge anyone considering this listing to think twice and find alternative accommodations. Your health is not worth the risk. This was by far the worst Airbnb experience I've ever had, and I sincerely hope no one else has to endure what I did. **Pros:** - Absolutely none. **Cons:** - Overwhelming mold stench from the dishwasher.

Room for 4 pax but only had beds for 2. No extra pillows and blankets. 2 of us had to crash on the couch.

Clear instructions by owner to get in. Quick deposit arrangements. Comfortable house with nice deco. Easy access to Lalaport. Easy to buy food from Grab/Food Panda too. Just collect food at LG level.

No microwave (or maybe I could not find it?) Floor mat for in front of toilet looks like a used towel/cloth (not aesthetically pleasing but serves its purpose) Only 1 access card. A bit of an issue in terms of mobility of different people in a family within / in-out the building.

The infinity pool was nice. There are many people in the evening. Smart TV in the hall. This is the only thing good about the stay.

The unit has weird smell from the washing machine section. Couldn't be ignored. No TV in bedroom. The whole apartment feel dusty and not clean. The bedsheet, pillow covers, duvet covers looks could use a change. The parking unit takes forever to reach - multiple floors. I should've taken a hotel with better facilities with the amount charged. RM45 for cleaning service and 16% service charge. Damn I feel cheated.
