Cette lumineuse et charmante maison, située à 12 minutes du Centre bell, vous offre un milieu de vie paisible et dynamique à la fois. À quelques minutes de marche vous avez accès au metro Frontenac et une multitudes de commodités de la vie urbaine.

La maison offre tout pour des vacances insouciantes et relaxantes. Décorer au gout du jour, dès votre arrivée elle sera vous charmer. La cuisine est entièrement équipée d’un micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, cafetière etc. Trois belles chambres avec lit Queen et deux lits simples, idéal pour accueillir 6 personnes au totale !
Vous disposez de deux salles de bains complètes avec laveuse/sécheuse, d’une belle terrasse et un garage chauffé avec entré privé, pouvant accueillir deux voitures. Pour les soirées à la maison vous avez accès a l’internet, Wi-Fi, quelques jeux de société et bien sûr la télévision avec le câble.
Montreal est une très belle ville touristique, reconnu pour ses restaurants, bars, festivals, la ville regorge d’activités pour tous les âges. La localisation vous offre un bon compromis entre la tranquillité du quartier et la proximité de la vie mouvementé de Montreal. Une destination 4 saisons, il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour agréable en famille ou entres amis.

Loved this house. Clean and great location. Highly recommend. Just a note when renting, the alley to the parking in the back is a tight squeeze if you have a big vehicle like we did. All in all we throughly enjoyed our stay at this house.

Clean, modern property. Close to Metro and convenience store for food. Well located to access the main sights of the city. Host was extremely responsive to questions and provided ample details re parking and checkin process. Kitchen had just the right amount of supplies in it (including spices). beioverstd.

My family and I spent a week in Audrey-Ann’s home. The home is beautiful and has all the amenities needed. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, and the dining room/living area provided more than enough space for the whole family (5 of us total) to spend time together. Beds were comfortable, and having the foosball table was a bonus! The AC worked well, and we were very comfortable.
The location is also nice - it is a short walk to the metro station, there is a grocery store nearby, and the street is quiet.
We would love to stay here again!

The house is very comfortable, and the neighborhood is nice--a short ride to downtown and other attractions. Only a minor complaint: some items were in short supply--coffee pods, washing machine detergent. Although I know it is not required, it would be nice if Vrbo managers would provide condiments like mustard, mayo, sugar, coffee, etc.

We stayed for a music festival. The host was fantastic in communication from the start. It turned out there was construction going on the weekend we came, and the host worked hard to ensure we were able to park very close to the property. Amazing weekend!

We came up to see the Pride Parade and explore the city. 3 of the five family members have never been to Canada so it was a beautiful experience! This house was perfect for our group! It was clean, modern and a great neighborhood! Would definitely recommend this home for those wanting a quiet environment while being close enough to the city and attractions!

We really enjoyed our Montreal stay at this property. The house listing had everything as shown and was very clean. Check in was straight forward and the location was great. We rode bikes very easily to many of the Montreal sights from the house. We would stay here again.

This is a very nice property. Clean, modern, comfortable for 6 people (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) with a good kitchen and 2 nice bathrooms. On a very quiet and pleasant neighborhood street in Ville Marie.
Good access to the metro (Frontenac) for visiting downtown Montreal. The hostess, Aubrey Ann, was very quick to respond and very helpful. Lives up to the description in Vrbo.

We were in Montreal for the Canadian Track Championships . The accommodations were excellent and as advertised . It is advertised as having parking but the back alley is very narrow and don't try to get in the drive with anything other than a small car . Subway was close and it was a very nice home

We had a fabulous Formula One weekend in Montreal while staying at this Vrbo. Audrey-Ann was a gracious host with a lovely and clean property (complete with a bottle of wine waiting for us upon check-in). Additionally, the area had lots of great food options and was walking distance to the Metro green line. Would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a place to stay in Montreal!

We had a great time, the neighborhood was safe, and close to everywhere we wanted to go. the house is just like the pictures, everything new and modern. the only issue we had was that we had a minivan and it didn't fit in the driveway, only small compact cars fit in the driveway. but thankfully a very nice neighbor explained the parking signs for us and we were able to find street parking. it was a lovely stay!

The house was modern, clean and spacious and easily accommodated my family of 6 adults. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the attention to little details - we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The house is close to the metro and a grocery store and we were thankful to have ample parking space, including a garage. A lovely place to stay.

The property itself was decent and met our basic needs. The location was convenient and the check-in process was smooth. However, I believe that with some attention to detail like extra towels , hand soap , fresh dish sponge and improvements in cleanliness, this rental property could offer a much better experience for future guests. Additionally, the bathroom upstairs had an unpleasant smell.
I hope this feedback helps the property owner or management team to address these issues and enhance the overall quality of the rental property.

The location was fantastic. Really easy to get around Montreal and visit all the touristy attractions. Just one recommendation/comment, it would have been nice if the windows had screens, so that we could've opened them without letting bugs in. It was pretty warm during our trip and it became quite stuffy with only one air conditioner in the unit.
But overall, it's a great house and we had a great time. We would recommend this rental for anybody visiting Montreal.

The home was super clean on our arrival. It is newly renovated and nicely furnished. Everything needed was provided for a comfortable stay. Best part was the quick walk to the Green line Metro station that made exploring all the fun neighborhoods of Montreal easy.

The space was very well set up and pretty. I traveled with my two-year-old, father, mother and sister. There was lots of room for everyone and we slept well; we did not hear neighbours. It has a fridge, but no freezer. It has a Nespresso machine with coffee pods. We ended up buying some more since we were a large group. Having a parking spot at the property was ideal, there is a garage that fits a small car and a spot outside. We were in town to visit with family that lived only a 10-minute drive away (near the Olympic stadium). We didn't spend lots of time in the neighbourhood but there was a grocery store within walking distance. We would definitely book this spot again. Audrey-Ann was very quick to respond and helpful.

The house was very comfortable for the five of us (adults) with a fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, space to relax and spread out, everything that you need to make it a home base was available. The house was clean and well maintained. It is in a quiet neighbourhood just outside of the downtown area, perfect walking distance to the metro to get literally anywhere within 30 minutes or less. A full grocery store is also within walking distance. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would go back again. It was a perfect spot to make home base and easy enough to dart in and out throughout the busy day wandering around the city. And of course, having parking available at the house so close to the city was so convenient!
