Disappointed with our stay. Terrible customer service on the phone prior to check in. Our room had ants (we woke up to ants in our bags too) and the bed sheets were stained. Breakfast was fine but we were honestly just ready to leave

The hotel was clean and beautiful. The location was excellent for walking to eat or viewing the seawall. Breakfast was great. Perfect for one night stay.

My room was amazing, even got early checkin! The staff was nice and loved you could text anything you needed to the concierge. Pool area was nice and the view from the balcony was amazing.

The experience was pretty good, the only two things I didn’t like is the sound proofing of the room and the fact that we can’t turn the balcony lights off. other than that, the place is pretty nice

We had a great experience staying in Home2 suites. Rooms are very spacious, had everything we needed

Parking should be free

Hotel looked new and nice so we booked a night after the other hotel we booked turned into a bust. Rooms look to be very nice but about midnight there was a huge roach in the bathroom that ran under the fridge so I started looking around and there was a bunch of small ones running around so they moved us rooms which made us wake our kids up. The new room first thing we see is a dead roach and later that morning wife had a bug crawl on her in bed . We get up to go to breakfast and sure enough there is a big roach on the wall in the hallway. When I brought to their attention about the bugs they acted like they knew it was already a problem so I really recommend watching your room for bugs if you stay here . The front desk lady called the manager and gave us a small discount but still very unacceptable for what we had to go through. I normally don’t like to review places but think people should know of this problem if staying here

It was fine except parking is $15 extra and the website says restaurant on site and there is not. But it's clean and close to a lot of attractions.

Good place to stay

Great hotel right on the beach with full kitchen, balcony, breakfast included and 15$ parking. Has adult only bar on the main floor, small pool for kids (no shade!!) and outdoor barbecues. Right beside the hotel there is great restaurant with pizza, pasta and salads as well as ice cream shop. Really great hotel, everything is new with cool lobby design and even game tables. There are fridges with drinks and frozen food for sale in the main lobby, free coffee and tea available all the time. The only negative is that swimming is prohibited anywhere within walking distance or even short drive, great beaches but water quality is terrible, there was also a bad smell coming from water for the first 2 days we were there. So if you go there it is super place to stay, lots to see but swim only in the pool.

Check in was the only issue we had. They weren’t very friendly and when we got to our room there was a guy doing repairs. So we went and requested a new room. Also I wasn’t aware that they charge $15 a day to park. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The view of the beach was great. Loved the little balcony. The A/C kept the room cool but we had to set it to 69° in order to keep the room at 72°

Easy and quick

Wonderful

Hotel location was great. Seawall and beach access right across the street. Room was clean and spacious enough for our party of 5. TV was on the basic side. No real options except for Tubi and some random preset channels. Needed trash service on day 2 but the staff only brought bags to the door and didn't actually take out the trash and replace the bags. We had to do it ourselves so that was unexpected. Breakfast was good and had decent selections that were constantly being refilled, cereal, yogurt, pancakes, waffles, oatmeal, bagels, muffins, eggs, sausage and ready made breakfast sandwiches. Pool was clean and had plenty of seating/lounging options. The cons were the trash service not being daily and the 15 dollar per day parking. The good certainly outweighed the bad and I would definitely recommend this hotel. We will be visiting this hotel again soon.

Nice place

Nice and clean

Not a lot of parking and it’s $15 a night. Some beach goers park in the lot although patriots of the hotel are passes to place in their window. There is no longer a restaurant which was one of the reasons I booked here. Over all the staff is very professional and kind. Prices on snacks should be more cost affordable.
