Sea Anchorage is located on a quiet cul-de-sac is in a handy location to all Mangawhai has to offer. Only a short drive to the surf beach or a 15-20 minute walk(or 5 minute drive) to the estuary, perfect for the whole family and your friends.
This modern well-equipped home is an entertainer's delight with great indoor/outdoor flow including the well-designed 'breeze way'. Bi-fold doors open to a large deck where you can enjoy all day sun. An ideal place to crank up the BBQ, grab a cold drink and chill out with friends after a day at the beach or estuary or enjoying one of the many activities Mangawhai has to offer.
There is also plenty of parking for the vehicles and boat and the boat ramp is only a 5 minute drive away.

Awesome place to unwind and relax with family. Beautiful location and close to shops, pubs and restaurants.

Property was exactly as advertised and more. Communication and check in was smooth and easy. Huge house right on the estuary and plenty of room for everyone. Liked that the main bedroom and ensuite was away from the other bedrooms. The kids especially enjoyed the bunkroom. Perfect indoor/outdoor dining room, bbq and deck. Short walk to the markets.
