I found the apartment exactly as described and seen in the pictures, which is always a good thing. The furniture was comfortable & clean. The kitechen had everything that I needed. I greatly appreciated that ice was left for me. I loved have a washing machine and a dryiing rack, both were used & worked well. The bed was very comfortable and the curtains in the bedroom provided excellent sleeping conditions. I also enjoyed having access to Netflex. The communication with the host was timely and thorough. I had no problem assessing the apartment. I also greatly appreciated the security of the building. I felt safe and secure. The location was fantastic and very central to everything. The apartment definitely added to my enjoyment of Belfast. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

I am reluctant to speak negatively about a place that I enjoyed so much but I would have loved to have a blanket on the couch.

code for door to apartment would be better and more secure than a key as we returned one afternoon to find the door had been opened in our absence! The duvet was too hot!...too many togs for summer months. Otherwise it was all lovely. Thank you

The property location was fantastic, right in the centre of Belfast within walking distance of everything. There is a Lidl just up the street and two other grocery stores in the other direction. We had an issue when we first arrived that the apartment we had been allocated had sprung a leak in the ceiling but we contacted the owner and they arranged for us to stay in another apartment within about 15 minutes of us contacting them. The apartment had everything you could want for a self contained stay

Found the heating and ventulation system complicated to use and even after reading the instructions I wasn't able to use it so had to call the owner for help. Would be great to have a soap holder in the shower

The apartment was like a home away from home with every appliance that we needed, very spacious and comfortable and a very central location

The only thing was that the plates were too big for the dishwasher racks

Velux window in ceiling with no blind, light woke us up at 4.30am so very poor sleep, bring an eye mask, no TV in bedroom although appeared to have one in pictures

Location in the City Center. Most of the central is within a short walking distance. Appartments system and lifts. Appartments are newly furnished.

Unpleasant smell in the some areas. Not a professional cleaning of the facility in which we found dried sauce on cooking pans, unclean shower, bread crumbs on toaster..etc.. the bunk bed was springy and not comfortable. Complain was made. Upon check out the cleaner looked grumpy and asked us to take the garbage out of the appartments.

Great place to stay, really clean and central

It was a beautiful modern apartment, beautifully furnished. It had everything you could possibly need. It is so central. Beautiful restaurants, bars and every high street store right there around you.

Amazing place to stay to visit the city!! It’s a perfect location just around the shopping district so it fairly quiet in the nights. We stayed in apartment 3 which was lovely. Very spacious and we had everything we could have needed. They really have thought of everything. We had some questions before and they were very quick to respond.

The room with the Velux window in apartment 3 really does need a blind as it was very bright in there from the very early hours of the morning
