Location near the airport.

Breakfast is like three spoonfull of meal. If you want to save on breakfast, don't serve it! Lots of Jollibee around. I specifically requested to check-in early, ca. 7:00 & confirmed this. But when I got there, I was told that the earliest I could check in is at 12:00. Fully booked. If I knew that this would be the case, I would have chosen another hotel!

Waiting for the breakfast is long. First day of our stay, they don't have the breakfast I wanted.

The hotel is ideally located less than 30 minutes' walk from the international airport, and right in the heart of Pasay, a popular and lively district with many small restaurants and street stalls. The swimming pool is a plus for relaxing and cooling off in the heat.

The rooms are too small, dirty and not soundproofed. The result is that you can hear everything that goes on in the corridors, in the street and in the rooms. In addition, the music and dance evenings held on the roof of the hotel are a real nuisance, preventing you from resting and/or sleeping. The breakfast is terrible, although the Philippine cuisine is creative and delicious. But here it's clearly not good, not original and it smells like it's frozen or industrial. The staff cheated us, making us pay twice for the taxi and making it clear that we had no choice anyway. It's clearly theft. What's more, every time I asked for something I had to repeat it several times every day as the instructions were not passed on to the next team. In short, if you asked for something in the morning, you'd have to ask for it again in the afternoon and again in the evening because nobody passed on the instructions. After several trips to the Philippines, this is the first time I've come across such incompetent staff who steal from their customers.

Location was very near by the airport which is ideal for travelers.

Breakfast was appalling. Breakfast served by the the pool, was do it yourself : sliced of bread, butter, sachets of instant coffee and instant noodles. Provided with one small toaster for all, one small kettle for all, one small cooking pot for all. The pool was very wet as children from other customer was having fun swimming. Tables and chairs was wet. Cutleries were not available, when asked from staff, staff quickly washes to gave to us customers waiting. Cutleries and plates handed to us still very wet: had asked for something to dry, only given toilet roll to dry the cutleries and plates. The conditioned of the corner where they served the food was not not impressive at all, cockroaches was present running around the side of the wall, literally by the food and the appliances. Plus the flying flies around. Its not hygienic! Risk of food poisoning! Asked the receptionist for the proper breakfast should be served as an inclusion, she rang the sister hotel which just by next door and delivered tocilog. Again it was not great, it was served cold and the tocino meat was just slightly fried or steamed. Other customers had the same comments. The room was fairly clean, toilet and shower was clean, but towels are visibly stained. This hotel do not provide free bottled water in the room. Drinkable water is available outside by the pool. Noise wise at night, yes can hear the noise outside. Price rate was good. But the owner should consider that attracting customers from other part of the world because of the good room price. They should keep up the hygiene and mind the quality of the food! Or one day they can be sued with food poison from customers.

Distance from the airport is good and staffs are all kind and helpful.

The linens are itchy, the bathroom floor creates water pond after bathing.

LOCACATION IS IN THE HOOD, VERY DIRTY AROUND THE STREETS. BE CAREFUL.

The overall facility was excellent! They even had free breakfast corner which we loved. The room was small but it was well maximized.

The location was a bit challenging, but nonetheless, when you’re inside, it was quiet and we had a good stay. Food options can also be expanded.

The smell of the rooms. Also, its price is not worth the money. They said there is welcome drinks, but not available during our stay. And among all, I was shocked with the breakfast included, it was just only a tasty bread and coffee like what??. I thought its gonna be something rice meal like the typical breakfast. And the service of the staff, its like we are doing self service in everything. Sorry but never again. So disappointing.

Personal amable, hicimos el check in muy tarde sin problema. Habitaciones pequeñas sin lujos ni nada extra. Me parece que es un lugar SOLO para dormir y ya. Al lado hay un 7eleven (por si necesitas comprar algo), esta muy cerca en auto del terminal de buses (Eso es algo positivo por si tienes que seguir viajando).

I appreciated that you could make yourself a free coffee and a light breakfast with toasts or oatmeal close to the pool in an open area with good Wi-Fi. All the staff greet you with a cheerful "good morning ". Super clean with confortable bed. Parking in front of the hotel. Quiet place even if it is situated on busy Aurora Blvd. Easy to take a taxi for the short distance to the airport.

There is not much place in the room for your personal stuff. The minuscule table is already cluttered with glasses and thermos and menu from the restaurant. There is only one hook for your clothes and no chair in the room. But there is a sitting area on the ground floor. The small window open on the inside corridor.

Small but clean and comfy. The bar at the rooftop are amazing. The staff are so helpful and approachable. Gonna go back there again for sure.

I needed an accommodation as a short stopover from arriving in Manila to flying out the next day. For that it was ok and comfortable enough.

Despite having a room on the inside the noise from the very busy main road was permanent. Bring ear plugs. The water from dispenser tastes really bad.

At Aurora Suites — My last day stay here in Manila.. I found this so cutie place and good ambiance. You will really love the place .. so nice and quiet. The staff of the hotel are very accommodating and friendly .. What makes me amazed is they have this free unlimited noodles and coffee and milo if you like and unli water sa dispenser dba so amazing 🤩 and lastly very near sa NAIA airport .. The price is so cheap with includes breakfast already 🤭

The location and the vehicles outside you heard them so loud in your room if it’s morning but I sleep good still at night we’ll all in all nothing so far really

The staff were very attentive and they always attend to your needs. They go above and beyond what is expected of them.

The toilet drain in the room I was in was placed weirdly. The water doesn’t drain immediately once you use the shower and it ends up making a pool of water beside the toilet. Aside from that, I had a very nice stay.

Staffs are accommodating and approachable.

Free breakfast is not a complete meal unless you will order from their menu which is not free.

Ten minutes from the airport so expect to pay just 300 PHP for the yellow metered taxi. The room was small but very comfortable and clean.

The place is so convenient if you need to sleep and take the next plane to your destination but I didn't feel confident to walk by myself with my son around the area, it's definitely not a tourist spot at least not for European people.
