Wonderful staff and a beautiful new hotel

The place is remarkable and outstanding. The rooms are very spacious and airy.

Great location! Excellent staff 😃 Close to MOA and Seaside by the Bay. We got to use the swimming pool early in the morning which was fantastic. The laundry room was closed which could have been a great addition. The room fridge wasn’t working. Arrived close to 8pm so we missed the buffet in CYAN but overall we had a very good experience.

Dan the concierge was very helpful and was able to book a tour through a great tour agency. This is a brand new hotel that opened Fall 2023. I also booked airport transportation through the concierge and that was great. The room was small with no really good place to put a suitcase except on the bed so it made the comforter dirty. I asked for a stand but they said they don’t have those. The floor was dirty and didn’t seem to be part of cleaning the room, no carpet. Maybe they swept, but no mopping. Someone before must’ve spilled coffee or something and it was not cleaned once during my stay. There was a refrigerator, a Nespresso and a hot water container which was helpful. I did do the laundry services and that was good. No discount for the actual laundry being closed though. Pool area was nice, but the views are not great as the bay reclamation is in progress. It was nice being so close to the mall and the entertainment area with the Ferris wheel. Check in was fast, but checkout took quite a while and I was late to my transportation to the airport. The pool area restaurant was great, Enzo was very good. The main restaurant buffet was top notch and Joy was great. I also did room service which was good as well.

Everything was amazing but what sets it apart is the people. Very nice, respectful and attentive. Coming from the US, the hospitality in the US is nothing compared to the hospitality in the Phils in general.

to go to the room, it is not so convenient. need two lifts. Especially lobby lift, very crowded. The design of the room is okay, but the luggage area is not friendly. I hit my head few times when accessing my luggage. but overall is okay. the room i got is facing the office. Not my choice. Quite disappointed on the facing. No privacy.

. You can hear the music from the street and if you complain about it, they will offer you ear plungs instead of moving you to another room. They will also nickel and dime you for everything including an extra roll away bed.

Lovely hotel

Everything was great. The only negatives are the view of the sea. They're dredging and building land with an armada of ships and there's lots of pollution floating around. Also one of the staff didn't wash their hands when they the men's room in the restaurant Cyan. That was kinda gross.

Shopping and dining is convenient as MOA is just across the street. Will not have a second thought to stay at Lanson again.

I was charged 1\2 of the room rate for an early check in. Seriously, that bad business

A very nice and modern hotel. Large, clean and comfortable rooms. High quality bedding and fixtures. Highly recommend this hotel. It is also close to the airport - less than 10 minutes drive in off peak hours and less than 30 minutes drive in peak hour. This is incredible given the extremely congested roads in Manila!

Is wonderful experience

Stayed for 2 night and the place is just excellent. Friendly and very accommodating staff. We had internet connection problem but kudos to Garth and Erwin for their assistance. Both tried their best to restore connection but we end up moving to a different room. Which is still okay. Our two days breakfast was great good food and very accommodating staff. Thanks to Jonathan who always give us hot coffee to enjoy. Overall it was a great experience and highly recommend. Thanks again Lanson staff👍

Like the cleanliness. Open wardrobe concept is a bit strange. My shirts are hanged next to the wash basin. Adjusting to the right comfortable water temperature in the shower is a bit challenging. A bit to the left and it’s too hot, a bit to the right and it’s too cold. It takes a while and can be a little frustrating if you’re in a hurry. The shampoo and shower gel was great.

The hotel is still new and the facilities are all great. The big mall is just a block away. Restaurants and other establishments are around the hotel. Great location for anyone!

Near mall of Asia and airport

I need yo start my Review with a WOW! The Lanson Place MOA exceed my expectations. The staff is very courteous, breakfast was wonderful. I can se this property becoming very busy if they retain that level of service. I have just one area of opportunity for them, keep those beautiful windows clean ( from the outside) our room had the view of the bay but that view was not so nice because the windows need to be cleaned a bit. Besides that i have no other complaints. Access to restaurants will not be a problem in the vicinity of the hotel.

Brand new. Beautiful property and the rooms were very comfy. Right next door to the Mall of Asia and has a cool rooftop where you can look out and see all the new manmade islands they're building right off shore. The only issue was the check in and check out process was pretty slow, but all of the staff were very friendly and helpful! We enjoyed our one night at this property and would stay here again.
