Mr Hiro is very hospitality. Meet us in person and guide us a lot during our stay. The house is well equipped and very comfortable, everything you need is well prepared in the house. The rooms are pretty big for Japan house and there is a family space (living room) comfortable for 5 people. The house has 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms (1 with bathtub) which is amazing after you had a long day and soak in the hot bath! The house is near the station but quiet. Restaurant, supermarket, shops and convenient store are just walking distance. Will definitely recommend to our friends! Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Hiro-san, the host, was incredibly kind and helpful, which made our experience even better. The apartment itself is cosy with a lovely blend of Western and Japanese styles. The location is great—close to a tube station and not far from the main Ikebukuro train station. The apartment was equipped with all the facilities and amenities we needed, making it very convenient for our family trip. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

- The holiday home is really spacious, perfect for a group of 4-5 people - It is super clean - There are three bedrooms, one small living room, two showers and two toilets so it’s never crowded - The boss is very hospitable and speaks perfect english - Everything that one might need for a short stay is provided, like cups, cutlery, microwave, kettle, even coffee machine and tea. There are a washing machine and dryer for free usage - Very good price performance ratio if travelling in a group - The location is central enough for us, about 5 mins walk from Higashi-ikebukuro metro station (Yurakucho Y line)

It‘s nitpicking, but a few things: - Needs to change some of the pillows as they’re already too worn out - Thicker duvet would be appreciated - Location is not directly on a major train line (i.e. Yamanote line). The tokyo metro fare system doesn’t make sense, everytime you change a train line you have to buy a new ticket. The fare is not measured by distance. E.g. if you want to go to Shinjuku, boarding the train in Higashi-ikebukuro (Y line) and then after one short ride changing to Yamanote line in Ikebukuro will cost you 2x178 yen = 356 yen. If you walk to Ikebukuro to take Yamanote line instead it will cost you just 178 yen since you‘re not changing any lines. So folks that want to save money on the metro may look for an accomodation near a major train station or near their places of interest instead.

On se sent tout de suite très à l'aise dans le logement. Parfait pour 4 personnes. A 5 la pièce principale risque d'être un peu à l'étroit. Les chambres sont très grandes et agréables. Très calme.
