While this place is listed at Hotels.com it is NOT a hotel. It is an extended stay facility with NO amenities in rooms above the 1st floor. This includes no coffee maker, shampoo, dish soap or "kitchen" towels. I found this interesting because it comes with a kitchen but no cooking tools. You would have to bring or buy your own (which I did for a one night stay). It was clean enough. I do not recommend it for short stays, especially if you are thinking you need / want a hotel with at least coffee in the room.

I have stayed here before and enjoyed it. Its decently clean however this time my room and hallway around my room smelled horrible for all 3 days, i bought lysol and still couldnt get rid of the smell. The other comolaint I had this time, was the noise, and the amount of people hanging out in their cars very late at night seemed kind of sketchy. The employee were great and the rooms are very nice.

I would definitely stay again if I am in the Detroit area. I would definitely recommend this place to others also.

When our kids tried to check in to their room it took 2 hours and the guy was actually on site. When he finally did come he complained to us about not being woken for his shift and I’m thinking you are an adult who knows when your shift starts set an alarm REALLY. I was on the phone with guest relations for over 2 hours promised the manager would call me back and he never did. Why should I have to waste all my time for the inconvenience they caused us on our first night of vacation ridiculous. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER. Not a good way to start your vacation. In a room for 4 only 3 towels. We were there a week they never came in and cleaned. Our kids had to leave their room one day early unexpectedly and they would not give us our money back for that night. The workout room had no or low air conditioning when it should be set cooler than the rest of the building. Beds were comfy.

Clean and modern

Property needs more clean and also needed air condition and pillows and beds more better.

For the area and the price, this place is EXCELLENT! Wonderful security features, affordable pet prices! I felt pretty clean! The only thing that I didn’t really like was our room kind of smelled weird. But the rest of the hotel smelled just fine! I love that Meijer is super close in walking distance, literally just a parking lot away. If you wanted to get there by car, you just go straight through the parking lot. You don't even have to go on any road. I would stay here again! Beds aren’t the best, the sheets feel pretty cheap. BUT for the price and newness of the property, including hot plate, microwave, and fridge all in your room this place is a no brainer.

Everything is new. Hotel opened for just 14 months. Staff is friendly. Supermarket is just next to the building. They don't offer kitchenware, spoon or fork, bring yours if you would prepare food in kitchen. No toothpaste is available.

The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean. Room also appeared to be well insulated

I would not recommend this hotel. Very noisy traffic nearby. Had a terrible night's sleep. The hotel is recently built. The owners should have realized being so close to I-96 would be disruptive to guests sleep. Also, could hear the next room guests showering and having sex. Make the rooms more soundproof! There is NO coffee, not in the lobby, not in the rooms! No hair dryer in the bathroom. Only 2 pillows on each queen bed, typical is 4. Megan at the front desk was fantastic, very pleasant.

We had a an overall great experience. Only real complaint is they didn't have any extra pillows when we asked 2 pillows per bed just isent enough for us.

The stay

Had picked the pay at property choice upon reserving the room. Was charged over $550.00 before I even checked in. Then another $250.00 upon checking in. Most of the over charge is being refunded. But was still over charged for the room by $15.00. The tv didnt even work. We were there less than 11hrs. Room was clean. But we will NEVER stay there again after the ridiculous experience we had!

No television and no internet. Manager said someone else had that problem and he had a call in. An hour later he was gone. We asked another customer and he said tv and internet fine in his room. We should have been offered a different room- one with the amenities that we paid for. How about hand towels?

The property was a very clean and staff responded very fast with the need for more towels. Will definitely stay there again if we travel that way.

No drinking cups or glasses in room

We spent the night before our son's medical procedure, at the hospital near buy. The staff and rooms rival any we ever stayed before.

Any negative reviews about this place are isolated incidents. Only thing I would recommend is realizing your room keys also give you access to the building as well. Cleanest place ive ever stayed

This was honestly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at the staff was respectful and very nice and helpful the room I stayed at was very clean the only thing I wish they had was a pool but it was a great experience.

The property was clean and the security was better than average for the area. However, there was no coffee pot in the room, no hair dryer, no hand towels, not even a bar or soap. There was no place on the property to get coffee. There was no ice machine, although the freezer did have ice trays. I didn't fill them because I didn't know there was no ice machine. I walked past the front desk about 8 times and there was no one at the desk or the desk was closed 7 of those times. I suppose I should have noticed it was an extended stay hotel, but I still would have thought there would be a few amenities. I wouldn't stay here again as there are other options in the same area.
