Great lobby decor and the bar and pool are was very nice. That said, I didn't have the perfect experience. I understand check in was 4pm officially, but I did arrive at 1pm and waited until 3:30pm for an open room. When I went up to my room, the cleaning people skipped it and I had to notify front deck the room was not cleaned. The location is not close to most of the food. You'll have to hike 6-8 minutes up the street to get to a central point.

The hotel is well-located, giving walking access to places in both Condado and Old San Juan. The lagoon view is nice, but that is the sunny side of the hotel. The one downside is the proximity to the local airport, with morning flights waking me up on most days. There is some cosmetic work that needs to be done to clean up wear and tear, but it was just aesthetic items.

Our stay was amazing. The stafff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean with a good view. The only complaint I have was about the fresh pastries in the restaurant lobby area. Let’s just say they were not so fresh.

It was great overall it just came with unexpected fees, resort fee, parking fee, Wi-Fi fee, complimentary breakfast fee was $55 breakfast was disappointing and disgusting, we didn’t eat anything off the plate and still was charged, overpriced for a $700 stay!

The lamp between the two beds was not working, and the "electrician" said they were out of stock and could not be repaired. No more cups are in the bathroom (when you brush your teeth). The bed used to be more soft and pillow with feathers. We did not put our clothes in the drawer as full of dust (probably never clean).

Everything about the hotel was spot on, staff are fab, pool is gorgeous and being able to use the partner hotel amenities is a nice touch.
The $80 per night incidental charge winds me up. Such a huge inconvenience. Still waiting on it be refunded after 22 days is a joke. Had back to back booking and one of the bookings incidentals was refunded minus resort fee but the other one I’m still waiting on. This policy is a lack of consideration to international customers. Have to pay on my card (get hit with bank conversion rate into GBP) then have to wait ages for it to be refunded/released only to be hit with conversion rate again. Marvellous, haven’t paid for anything bout about $15 out of pocket and that’s even if and when they return it.

Front desk staff and bar staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Start the day by overlooking Condado bay in an oversized hammock. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Dance the night away with a love DJ in the bar. This hotel is walking distance to a plethora of restaurants.

The room had ants, problem with the water where it was brown as a result of a water pipe break, unsafe conditions in room where water was running down the inside of the room and dangerously close to an electric outlet. Service at the restaurant was horrible where it took two hours to receive our pizza order. I would never return.
