The location was good.

The apartment was tiny, the bathroom door only opened one third of the way, because it was obstructed by the bed. The bathroom is also tiny. It is literally impossible to sit on the toilet and have the door closed at the same time. The building was also actively being renovated during our stay, which was not communicated in advance. The only Staff Member we communicated with was rude and didn't respond to our emails for a long time.

The location is excellent, only a 5 minute walk from Paddington station and easy to find. There are heaps of restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean and the building was freshly painted. Communication was excellent even though we never saw the person.

The room was tiny and cramped. The stairs are narrow and steep, making it difficult with bags to climb 3 flights of stairs. There's no lift. There was no bag storage prior to check in. The bathroom is extremely small and taps dripped all night. Shower head points directly out the shower door so water goes everywhere before you get in. Quite pricey for the size of it.

No staff - self check in. Common areas were a mess - not sure if they were being decorated. Bathroom sink light never goes off. Plugs by desk didn't work. WiFi slow and patchy in room 13.

Le produit réservé ne correspond en aucun cas à la réalité. Un appartement dans un chantier, sombre, dans les sous sol, pas d’aération.le vis à vis à la poubelle et aux encombrants. Même un animal n’accepte pas y habiter. Malheureusement, j’avais pas le choix. Je suis asthmatique et j’ai failli faire une crise à chaque fois que je rentre dans l’appartement. C’est inadmissible de mettre sur le marché un si mauvais produit. Je demande urgemment une indemnisation et des excuses.

Im Detail nicht sauber genug. Baufälliger Zustand, schlecht renoviert. Türen der Zimmer konnten nicht verschlossen werden. Türen schließen nicht richtig. Sehr Hellhörig Kleine Zimmer Das Haus ist eine Baustelle.

Die Reinigungskräfte waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns schon eine Stunde vor Check-in in unsere Zimmer gelassen, so dass wir unser Gepäck ablegen konnten.

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, so dass ich das Schnarchen aus dem Nachbarzimmer gut hören konnte. Zudem ist die Lampe im Badezimmer nicht an einen Schalter angeschlossen und brennt durchgehend. Da es keine Tür zwischen Zimmer und Badezimmer gab, war es sehr hell auf dem Zimmer.

Het is er zéér rustig en de.kamer heeft een goed.bed. openbaar vervoer is op amper 5min wandelen. Als de werken.af zijn zal.sit een prachtige kamer zijn.

Jammer´van de.werken in het gebouw. Ook in de.flat waren er.onafgewerkte zaken. De.poets was niet echt proper en de badkamer was.super.klein. Het licht van de badkamer bleef de ganse nacht branden. Er zou.op.voorhand moeten vermeld.worden dat het op het 5e verdiep.is zonder.lift

La situation géographique, proche d’Hyde Park, Paddington et Notthing Hill. La kitchenette, la propreté du lieu. Je recommande.

La douche fixée au mur n’est pas simple d’usage dans une petite surface, difficile de se rincer. Pour optimiser la qualité du séjour il faudrait juste changer les couverts, un couteau cassé et pas de fourchette et acheter une poêle. Le reste est parfait.
