Lovely stay, friendly staff checked in and out with no issues. Room comfortable and clean, not much of a view though looking straight into someone’s private apartment, only downside. Otherwise would recommend to stay in.

I had a great stay at the Maldron and the staff were so friendly and warm. A particular big thank you to Annie and Maxi who were so lovely, kind and made each day start with a smile.

This hotel is absolutely petfect location really close to deansgate and arndale shopping centre. Rooms are modern, well decorated and comfortable. We had a room for 3 and was a little on the small size but ideal for everything else. Hotel is clean and modern and customer service was excellent with lovely friendly staff. The only downside is the room was far too hot for me, they did turn heating down but still abit too hot.

A totally neutral stay. There was nothing exceptional about the stay but similarly nothing horrendous. It was convenient to the station and arena we were attending. It was functional as a family room. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning allowed for a nice sleeping temperature. There was no interaction with staff as I used the on line check in and check out. It was pricy for what it was and it wouldn’t be my returning firsr choice.

Centrally located in the heart of Manchester. We were literally round the corner from the AO Arena, Arndale Centre and the train station.
Staff were very polite and keen to help which was a refreshing change. Breakfast was very nice, hash browns and black pudding especially.

We stayed for four nights for a birthday/football trip and had a great experience. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay agreeable and we were greeted with a card in our room. Housekeeping staff were accommodating and gave us extra water. Nice breakfast with hot and cold choices. The location is very good, close to shops, pubs and Exchange Square Tram Stop.

We had a great stay from start to finish. Aimee who booked us in was really friendly and informative as were all the staff.
The room was lovely, clean and the bed so comfortable. The breakfast had a good choice and was also good.
Hotel is 5 mins walk from AO Arena, Cathedral and City Centre. We parked at
Q Park which can be pre booked and is manned 24/7. It is 2 mins walk to the hotel.
When we return to the area we would definitely stay again as it's the perfect base.

I selected this hotel as the website said room service 24/7, but when I arrived it actually was closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays (I stayed on a Wednesday) so I feel like this could be better advertised on the website prior to booking. That was disappointing. Room was fine, the channel guide on the TV didn't work and there were very few channels, so spending the night in the room alone gave very little by way of entertainment. Breakfast was lovely - lots of options.

Nice hotel, steps away from food and shopping. But I was especially impressed by their concierge team! We had an emergency and they took it very seriously and acted immediately. I'm so grateful for their help!

Good hotel overall but, for a new hotel, some things not as good as hoped. Room great but poor quality tv/remote. Good breakfast offer but things not topped up/replenished enough inc glasses, cups, bread, hot food etc. Staff are excellent overall tho especially the young bartender - very friendly and efficient.

I had a lovely room and the breakfast was good. The main issue was the clunky self check-in. It didn't accept my address 3 times and threw me out, wiping all the information I had submitted. As you don't get a welcome, you don't feel a valued guest. The self check out didn't work at all.

The property is near the bustling center of town though towards the business area. It seemed quiet and safe but I am not sure what it would be like to wall around the area late at night.

More self check in, even down to preparing your own access key card. There were staff to help so why don’t they just provide a personal checkin experience?

Unfortunately the shower drain did not drain, the shower tray was very shallow, so it overflowed all over the bathroom floor

The hotel was very efficient and well priced. We had a great stay. Our only negative is that the beds and pillows were not the best. The mattress was very firm and the pillows were hard. We went to a local shop and brought our own so it wasn’t a big deal.

Check-in online if you can. The room was great, and the hotel was very central to the shopping district and Arndale Centre. Breakfast was plentiful, although the coffee sachets in the bedroom are awful.

Excellent service, the hotel is 5 minutes from the shopping center, the rooms very bright and very clean.I like the idea of the different paintings on the walls.All very nice, excellent and plentiful breakfast.Extremely recommended
