Hotel is amazing, but I am bitterly disappointed that the EV charger they advertise simply does not exist, and that all their staff say they have told the manager multiple times that he needs to take it down, but the manager refuses. It’s one thing to make a mistake, but showing it to continue is fraud.

The staff were courteous and helpful. There was duct tape holding the carpet together. The beds were full not queen size. The breakfast was very average

I will get my complaint out of the way first. I had used hotels.com to book my room and saw that they had connecting rooms, which I want it. I called the hotel afterwards to make sure I would be able to get them and was told they will mark it down and it shouldn't be a problem. When I got there I was informed that I wouldn't have connected rooms as they were already booked. The gentleman was very apologetic and did end up getting me two rooms right next to each other.
The hotel was nice and clean and the pool did not have an overwhelming smell of chlorine the breakfast was good as well.
I was told that if I would have booked directly through the hotel I could have got a guarantee to have connected rooms so I would do that next time.

The 2 gentleman working at the front desk were amazing. Very polite and friendly, even when i was asking for some accommodations for myself. I recently had a surgery and can't lay flat to sleep. Heeled set me up with a couch I could sit up in and sleep.

This property is in a great location. The hallway carpeting is very strange with the taped sections throughout. Very odd and maybe unsafe as a trip hazard.

I really liked this hotel. Cristian checked us in and was efficient and friendly. The only complaint I have is the carpet on the first floor is taped and rucked up. Just part of the age and a need for a refresh.
Other than that, an excellent stay.
