When we got into the room nothing was f***** up including the refrigerator so we had to wait for that to get cool the beds are completely worn out the mattresses are lump sided very uncomfortable he curtains Reggie with holes and you can see light during the night coming through the window the staff person at checking in was very rude

The room door didn't feel safe. It was very raggedy. The bathroom faucet sink leaked water everywhere. Second time there and there never extra toilet paper. Each room that I had, has had less than half of a roll of toilet paper. Hand towel was dirty with lipstick all over it.

The only pleasant thing about this hotel/motel, was the kind customer greeting at the front desk and the beds were clean and very comfy.
Other then that the hotel in old, dusty and and rundown. Definitely in need of a total renovation. The hallways are dark and and moldy smelling, with very worn and rundown looking carpet that must be at least 20 years old. You get in the room and there is more old and worn carpet, the furniture is falling apart and the desk chair has rips in it and it worn and unsturdy. I as afraid to walk barefoot in the room. The walls were dirty and scuffed and had liquid streaks on them. The bathroom seemed clean and a little updated, but we bought our own cleaner to disinfect that as well, based on the condition of the rest of the room.

Service and staff were super friendly and made check in quick! Room was clean but showed sign of age. Needs some updating but felt clean. Loud talking and smoking something out the window in the middle of the night that the smell came into the room but overall a clean hotel

The property could use a good sprucing up a bit. Like reattach the wallpaper to the wall and fix the toilets so they flush properly. Breakfast wasn't bad but wasn't all that great either, it needed a little more variety and better coffee. The carpets need replaced and the front desk needs to be bigger.

There is no wifi only in the lobby and partially in the hallway. They double charge for the security deposit and then make it like it's your room fee. The housekeeping staff half way clean the room. Unless you are checking out or catch housekeeping while cleaning the empty rooms they will not refresh your linens, towels, or toiletries. Also the young female front desk worker is very stuck up.

I booked this room and then realized this was not the location I was traveling to. I requested a refund and even told them I would still be booking with this chain, just at a different location. They refused to give me my money back. I will never book with them again!

The sheets were inside out, stains on the curtains, the list goes on. The people we took the trip with had more problems with their room than us. They had a hole in their floor under their bathroom sink, and the whole room smelt like urine and smoke. Our other friends had dead bugs on their walls and we had dust on everything.
