The back door to the balcony was very hard to open every time it seemed to be stuck closed. The carpark lift was out of order so we had to walk all our luggage up a ramp shared with cars which was dangerous to get to the car. I was told this was a council owned carpark so not really the motels fault but very inconvenient. We returned to our room after a day out but had to wait outside as house keeping were in the room at 3pm. We were given a free room upgrade by management which was wonderful and all the staff were so lovely and great to deal with. Will return again

Let’s be honest. It’s an OLD hotel that needs work. However for the price I paid per night $200 (when every other hotel was $250+,) the gorgeous view I had, and the location more than made up for it.

After arriving was informed they are only cold water not heated… very miss leading, would not have booked if told before hand

Check-in was extremely slow with limited staff. Rooms were tired, run down and falling apart. Minimal linen on the beds. There is an open air night club directly behind the hotel which means that if your staying in a room on the backside of the building then you are going to struggle to sleep until the club closes at 3:30am

I liked how it's close to public transport, beach, shops and restaurants. The staff was lovely and very helpful. I would suggest a little more attention to detail when it comes to cleaning vents. Otherwise its clean!!!

This property was on the more affordable side for Gold Coast. The room was spacious and there was a nice ocean view. However, the property is dated, there was obvious mould in the bathroom, damage around the priperty, power plugs worked intermittently and a lot of internal construction. Would have been better paying a little more money for a much better property.
