We had very pleasant and cozy one week trip to Hongkong, we are three friends on our Asia trip and the choice of JW Marriott was a good one. Location is perfect with direct access to metro Admiralty station, also tram and many busses stop there. Also direct access to a huge shopping mall Pacific place with both luxury and usual clothes, jewellery and so on.
The staff is very attentive, breakfast amazing and I loved their signature ramen noodle soup at breakfast. We ate several time at fish bar at the hotel and their crab cakes and fish dishes are breathtaking. And we are from Norway, fish nation, but we never tasted better fish then in Hongkong.
We enjoyed also the pool, very clean and spacious, many available sunbeds. I recommend JW Marriott and we will definitely come back!!

Hotel is located in a very businesslike setting. Not conducive to vacation. Very much a meeting hotel. Very different to get anywhere without a taxi which are very expensive. Connected to a high end mall. Would not recommend for vacation travel because if location

I'm amazed by how professional the service was at Marriot. They offered us hotel credits, alcohol beverages and cookie tin as a hotelscom gold member. Although I arrived at the hotel with one of my luggages missing, the staff who met me in front of the door showed me his concern and tried to help me. Moreover, Justin at the front lobby helped me greatly making phone calls and even wrote a letter to me later that night to let me know the whereabouts. It was the best experience I've ever had during my entire trip to SE Asia with many enexpected incidents. I felt so relieved when all the problems were dealt with. All the staffs were truly amazing, exept that Manho Chinese restaurant seems to require some formal attire which we had had not realized so our family chose to order room service instead (I'm the most dressed up, my hubby's on his polo shirt and long cotton trousers with his business backpack on, two girls in their casuals). Breakfast buffet was nice and my daughter accidentally broke the plate there but the manager did his best to make sure she's safe and said 'it's ok' to my embarrassed daughter. I will definitely be back here in the future but not the Chinese restaurant where no one explained why they couldn't accept us, only asking us which room number we got and so on...never ever even once happened in our entire life so we felt some discrimination. But it's ok - everything else was soooooo great. :))

Wanted to book the residence but was denied due to “only” 1 week stay. Coming from a IHG two bedroom with kitchen and living room in Osaka the week before. Negative is the lack of air conditioning in the halls and hotel, due to green initiative. Very busy breakfast. Food is really not good. Smelly people. Smelly musky carpeted halls. Rooms are clean, just dated;1990 style. For the high price I really could not recommend it despite excellent location. Cleaning ladies are very fast, polite. Staff generally polite, try hard, and efficient. I would give up the location for a better overall experience next time. I taxi anyways, so perhaps the marriot ocean park would be better.

Excellent food choices and superb food. Staff is very accommodating. Centrally located with easy access to Disney Hong Kong and Ocean Park. Connected to Pacific Place for shopping. We will stay there again.

Connected to shopping mall. So you can access food court and air-conditioned indoor space without having to get out. This is a huge asset when it's too hot or rainy, which is a quite frequent condition in HK
