I love this hotel for our Mayo visits. It has everything we need. Nice and clean. Good breakfast. Good parking. Friendly staff. Q has excellent taste in music.

You would think being by Mayo Clinic it would be more handicapped accessible. It was hard to move around in room with a walker. We also found someone else’s sock in our room

Beds are very comfortable, strong freshener odor in lobby area. I have allergies we very irritating for me.

Outside entrance was disgusting, overflowing garage cans and smelled like marijuana. Very smoky which my wife is very sensitive to; caused sneezing, coughing and runny nose the entire stay.
Reception area was neat and clean but the elevator smelled like gasoline not to mention it was filthy. Hallway on 3rd floor had not air conditioning which left the hotel interior with a higher level of humidity.
Room was standard but humidity from hallway caused discomfort. Not enough floor space for luggage.
Breakfast was standard compared to similar.
Would not recommend.

What I didn't like was the matrass lacked support for myself with back problems. It inreased my pain and my Husband spain. It was difficult to figure out the YV remote. We could not find instructions. In the morning I saw the QRS vode for guest services on the mirror. This wouldn't be very convenient to the less tech savy people. Keep the manuals.

We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times and love it. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The nightly soup options are great, especially the Baked Potato Soup. The food truck on the property and Mr. Pizza next door are great dining options if you want to skip the soup. The breakfast is your typical hotel breakfast but always fresh and replenished as soon as something gets low. My only suggestion would be adding a biscuit and gravy option to breakfast. I recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a quiet, clean, and friendly place to stay when visiting Rochester, MN.
