Honestly, I was a tiny bit skeptical about this hotel because of the price… but it was super cute, very clean, and the receptionists were helpful and nice. It was a quick walk to downtown attractions (15 minutes or so). I will definitely come again!

Nice helpful staff. Restaurant in hotel was very good. Nice room but had 2 twin beds we pushed together. Very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. If you leave early before breakfast they will pack you a Takeaway bag since you’ll be missing breakfast. Lots of public transportation street construction was going on which made a bit difficult for Bolt drivers to get to.

This property was close to the main Vienna attractions in the inner city. A small hotel comparatively, but over 100 years old, hence is quite charming. Good for families.

Beautiful hotel that keeps the charm of old Vienna but offering modern ammenities. Very clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and super friendly. Definitely a place to stay again!

Only issue I faced was fruit flies near the pastries in the breakfast area one day. I brought it to staff’s attention.

The staff was fantastic, breakfast was good, and overall enjoyed the property. The AC was not great, we had to have a fan in the room and sometimes waited for items at breakfast to be refilled but staff was amazing, especially Julia...

It is a traditional Austrian hotel, but slightly basic. If you want modern - then look elsewhere. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean. Good location, tourist sites are walkable, or easily accessible on the nearby Underground.

Great hotel, in a good location for exploring all that Vienna has to offer.
The hotel was extremely clean, and offered a good breakfast.
Would definitely stay here again if we were back in Vienna.

Everything was great in the hotel. I highly reccomand. Breakfast was very good. Rooms comfortable. Very clean!! Friendly and helpfull staff at the reception. The hotel also have a restaurant. We had dinner there and it was excellent. It's not in the heart of the touristic old city district, but it's within a pleasent walking distance in a very nice area.

This was a very nice property. Some construction in the area but just bad timing for us. Front desk staff were lovely. Breakfast staff a little unwelcoming. Room was quite warm even with AC on.

The staff were wonderful and the hotel was in a quiet, nice neighborhood. The only issues were the mediocre restaurant attached to the hotel and the fact that the air conditioning was weak at best. Overall, I strongly recommend this property but visit when there are no heat waves. :)

The area around the hotel is super safe, relatively quiet, but there are several restaurants nearby, as well as a couple of supermarkets and drug stores.
On the whole, it is a very nice hotel where I would stay again without hesitation.
The minor negatives are that in the very rare and unlikely event of extreme heat in the summer, their air conditioner is limited to 22C. You cannot make it cooler.
Like many other hotels in Vienna, they used the old fashioned keys so you need to unlock your door when you come inside and then lock it again with this key from inside. No big, but would be easier if they had a card to open the entry door.
There are no USB ports, just regular outlets. Make sure you have the necessary adapters if coming from the US/Mexico/Canada/UK
