Our stay was absolutely amazing! My family and I go to Disney frequently and this is by far one of the best hotels around Disneyland. The coustomer service is incredible and the walk to Disneyland and downtown Disney is perfect. We rented two scooters from certain companies and they dropped it off at the hotel which really helped us out. The hotel had them ready and showed my grandma and aunt how to work them, which was incredibly helpful. We will definitely be coming back here in the future!

Exceptional service as always. Park is a quick walk to the resort which makes things easy. Property is a little dated but the staff is quick to take care of anything you need. Highly recommended for convenience.

The shower knob was stripped so we had a hard time turning it off. I thought the blow dryer was a toy because it didn't hardly have any power so it took a long time to dry my hair. To spen that much money on a room because of the convenience wasn't worth it.

Great location easy walking from the park entrance, very fun premises with mid-century vibe, beds are very comfy.
If you have a partial park view room- Palms Building-room138 is perfect for fireworks.

We’ve stayed here many times while visiting Disneyland, but this will be the last time. Had to clean hair off the sink and counter, overall not a clean room, and really needs to be updated. Was really disappointed that the fridge wasn’t working and had to throw away food for the trip.

It's been five years since we last stayed at The Anaheim Hotel. It feels very run down, dingy, and dirty. The carpets in the rooms are very clean. The bathroom was terrible. The shower curtain was dirty and the bathtub was clogged. The paint was chipping and the baseboards and walls were dirty.

Our rooms were nice and clean, our rooms also had a nice patio. It's a very short walk to Disneyland and there are many restaurants within walking distance as well. The price is good for being so close to the park. I will definitely be staying here again.

This was our first trip to California and to Disneyland I highly recommend this hotel. We came around Halloween time and the outside was decorated with photo props. The entire atmosphere was magical. The walk to Disneyland was short. When we come back, I will definitely be staying here!

Even though I had requested a crib in advance for our stay they said they couldn’t guarantee it, and we didn’t have one our first night, but they did bring one in the next day. Our kids had fun in the big pool. Only major complaint is that the last night we were there there was a cockroach in the bathroom.

The room was nice! the property was amazing! proximety is amazing! i give the entire resort 9/10, my only take away was we were on the bottom floor and the people above us were so noisy...i think maybe the floors were so thin and it made for even more noise

It was a great stay with a clean pool, plenty of choices for food and drink, as well as friendly staff. The bed was pretty well work on one side, and could have used a rotation from constant use.
