So we check in around 10 pm and one of the rooms where real smells humid and has water drops coming from the AC in the dressing room. We asked for changing the room, so this has not been taking seriously, so I needed to step down and re ask the receptionist for that. Funny enough she wanted me to provide pictures proving that. Then room changed to a different floor, so now my kids are 10 floors away, as they claimed no available rooms in the same floor. I accepted as I had no other option, we moved to the other room and it smells terrible, seems it had been left with no AC for long days. My wife decided to go and have a fight with took a plenty of time with some anger level, then we secured a room for the kids 4 floors away which was decent. Upon check out we asked for bell boy to help with the language but never came, so I had to take everything down myself, when I saw the bell boy down hr apologized claiming that he is so busy. Very low quality hotel and super old, can’t be considered as Sheraton, though the location is awesome and very close to everything. Will never repeat.

There not a lot of check in counter. I was told that the hotel staff will call when the room was ready but there is no call till 345pm where I have to go to the counter to check for my room.

The hotel in its self was very beautiful but on arrival we were scheduled to check in at 1500 but due to system errors we were made to wait almost two hours after our scheduled check in time which was very frustrating and there were not enough attendance at the front counter to support checking in personnel it was a very big back up

If you want to ruin your trip, I recommend this hotel. we experience big flooding from ceiling in middle of night 3am, and even though we called front nobody came, we had to wake up and went down and packed our luggage and changed the room it was 4am, and when we asked them about refund, they said contact Expedia first so we had to deal with that in early morning couldn't sleep at all, ruined the next day plan and also had to drive high way with super tiredness for 3hours. and now they ignore my email, doesn't care customer safety and inconvenience. please imagine when you are sleeping the ceiling falls down with big dirty water. They even don't care maintenance for old facilities. 5stars hotel??? haha no way

The room is super clean and comfortable to sleep Breakfast is so so and not much variety of food but good though. Their service is excellent
