Amazing hotel, really nice. Staff were very friendly.
The only problem was the showers, pressure was slower than my house. Car parking prices are high compared to elsewhere.

Was very disappointed on my stay here. I have 2 young kids so booked to stay here for a luxury night of sleeping without them, although there was a function on which was very loud. The music could be heard word for word 2 floors up, in our room. We were told the music would be on until 1am. Not something I expected in a 5* hotel. We did enquire as we didn't want this to be an issue when we would be trying to sleep. One of the staff members holly, assured us that the music would be turned down at 10pm so we would have a restful night. She clearly just lied as it was still pumping at 11pm. At this stage we requested to change rooms which we did get upgraded to a suite. I am very appreciative that the staff sorted this, but as it was after 11.30pm any bed that was quiet would of done.
I wouldn't want anyone else to have the same experience and book this hotel thinking it would be relaxing.
This being said the rooms were gorgeous, beds were super comfy and the hotel was very clean!

The door and reception staff were welcoming and efficient, and the parking facility is great.
The room however was not as clean or as high a spec as expected. Having stayed here before some years ago it was disappointing. One of the bedside lights did not work, stains on the sofa, the rooms next door could clearly be heard and the cleaning staff were knocking on the door shortly after 8am to service the room and then came back another two times before we had left to check out.

The Lowry Hotel was a very comfortable stay in a recent trip to Manchester. Secure parking opposite a few metres walk to reception. Surroundings have changed since last visit but still maintains a regal and elegant charm.
Superior Deluxe room offers a large space with one of the best (and biggest) ever beds to sleep on. Pillows a bit softer than my liking but a refreshing sleep.
Gym is good but on smaller side for The Lowry’s standing I think. But got a decent workout.
For me 10/10 stay in Manchester. Enjoy!

The Lowry is always my preferred choice in Manchester. This trip found the reception staff a tad frosty, especially when checking in. I resisted on commenting on the lack of a smile!
Didn’t bother with breakfast, as despite how good the food is, service is slow.
Only other negative is the water pressure - the shower was a little pathetic.
