The not-overly-friendly front desk clerk took far too long to check me in. (Even though I had called 2-3 days in advance to request both my rooms - was waiting for family - to be on the 2nd floor, the rooms were apparently not assigned that morning.) My impatient started to show, so later that evening when I went to the coffee station to make some hot tea, and found no decaf tea bags, I asked the same front desk clerk, and was told they don't carry any. I knew this probably wasn't true, and the next morning as I went to get tea again (there still were no decaf tea bags stocked) the very nice general manager confirmed they always have decaf tea and immediately went and got me some. Sounds silly, but as a chronic tea drinker, it was disappointing not to have a hot cup of tea (preferably herbal) at bedtime. Otherwise, the property was very clean, and very nice; the rest of the staff were very friendly. I lounged in the pool for almost 2 hours during the evening waiting for my family to arrive, and it was peaceful and lovely.

Place stinks! Staff seem to be like they don't like to work there at all. No one at the reception desk, had to look for them in the lobby ( two girls) and one of them looked pissed off that I interrupted their chat.

We stayed here overnight while helping moving my husband’s son. Nice and quiet place, reasonable breakfast. Will recommend and stay here again.

Our flight getting into Fort Myers was very early. I called the day before to request early check-in and spoke with Katrina. She put a note in the system about our request and when we got there Jeff, who was working the desk, let us into our room. We were very thankful. Great job!

This was probably one of the CLEANEST hotels I have stayed at in a while. Definitely worth a little extra $$$. The breakfast bar was a little lacking but hey....i travel for work, so Im not there for the breakfast. Keep up the great work Hampton Inn!

We have stayed at this Hampton Inn several times and we’ve never been disappointed. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, the rooms are always very clean and the breakfast area is well taken care of. The nice lady at breakfast is always cheerful and greets people with ‘Good Morning’ when we arrive. It’s a safe area to stay at in the Fort Myers area and it’s close to restaurants and stores.
