The hotel was well situated and very clean. My only criticism would be that the room was uncomfortably hot - in spite of warm weather conditions the air conditioning didn’t appear to be functioning which impeded our ability to have a good nights sleep.

Room is not very comfortable if you’re sharing with a friend. The shower has no door that privacy was difficult to maintain. I will NIT stay in this hotel again if I’m sharing the room with another person

This hotel is in decent shape but has no character. Breakfast is very very basic, not at a 4* level. Room didn’t get cleaned well and staff at the reception is CONSTANTLY on their smartphones with no attention to guests waiting for support further, there is no gym. There are much better options in this location close to the main station

We were traveling by train to Vienna. This was a great convenient location for travel connections. It is an easy 5 min walk to train with luggage. Very easy check-in. The location is convenient for walking in to old town, or easy to hop on tram or bus. Vienna has a great public transportation system. I recommend buying a 24hr pass and utilize the bus/tram/subways. The hotel is modern, clean, and efficient. One note of caution - there is a glass wall that separates the shower from the bedroom. There is no door to the shower room, so if you are hyper sensitive to privacy, you may feel uncomfortable sharing a room.

Easy walking distance to Wien Hauptbahnhof and able to check in much earlier than as advertised. Plain but tidy clean room with the essentials needed. Other than the kettle not being available (maybe I will ask for it next time), again a good tidy double room. The whole area near the station full of hotels, but still recommended.

Staff is incredibly helpful. Enjoyed our stay. Ended up booking an additional night due to great service.

Hotel is just perfect, stuff is very helpful, breakfast is a little bit boring but for that price is ok. Unusual was water tank with sparkling water. At that hot weather that was a gift! Thanks!

Location is quite good. The train station is just opposite to the hotel 1 minute walk. The hop up and off bus stop is outside the train station. Belvedere is near too about 15 minutes walk. Room is quite big and clean but the lift is too slow.

The front desk staff who called himself Sameh is rude. I requested an extra pillow, and he refuse my request with the silly excuse that it is past 3pm, house cleaning staff works till 3pm and they are the only one who can give me the pillow. This is my second stay at Leonardo and the first experienced was much better. I am hoping that Leonardo Hotel would do an internal quality check on the performance of its front desk staff.

The check-in process was easy. But the coffee machine in the room is not working. Told the front desk on the first day but it was never replaced during my 3 nights stay in the hotel. Perhaps it is in Leonardo Hotel interest to do some internal quality check on the performance of its employees.
