Fantastic people so friendly. Excellent concierge and door security staff exceptional looked after us really well. I definitely would recommend Travel Lodge and wouldn't hesitate staying again. Thank you for making our stay pleasurable!

The room was very run-down. The bathroom, in particular, was not clean; it felt very grimy. The towels were not clean. The floor (hardwood) was dirty. We kept having to ask for toilet paper. The TV had a bad reception for local channels and offered no streaming services. Good location for food, if you're after street food from Jalan Alor, otherwise-- stay elsewhere.

The facilities were good, and the location was great, although difficult for vehicles to come in during the evening because of the street closure (street food) on Jalan Alor. Amenities were wanting, breakfast was ok but not good.

A Lor is an excellent location with lots of eating options. Staff are very friendly, room was very clean. The only down turn was, there’s no tooth brush and body lotion provided as the hotel advertise “free toiletries”, we needed to call the housekeeping and we only got it once on the first day that we requested it, provided we stayed there for 3 days.

The only challenging thing is getting in and out between 6pm to midnight since the street is not drivable.
Also need hand soap in the room.

The hotel is in the middle of a busy night market. Easy to access restaurants. It is about 15 minute walk to the main street that has multiple public transportation. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is clean.

- Not soundproof at all, a lot of sound from other rooms in night. Nothing to hang on the door if you didn’t want to be disturbed, so housekeeping knocking on door and wake us up every day to ask.

Location along Jalan Alor, the main makan street is very convenient. Only setback is standing bathroom drainage was choked and started flooding during shower. Otherwise, everything else is okay.

We arrived late at night, so had to walk for about 50metres to the hotel due to the night street market at jln alor. Our 4nights stay was pleasant. Food hunters heaven, easy walk to Bukit bintang, low yat, berjaya times square. Only need to improve on the tv channels. Managed to get AXN only..

at Jalan Alor is a big plus. so, I like that. but the access to the property was difficult. taxis can't come easily since the road is one way and gets blocked at peak dining times. it is a problem if we have big luggage.

Really a great place to stay and it’s worth for the price. It’s closer to many famous places of KL. Staffs are really good as well.

Great location in the middle of a huge strip of wonderful street food vendors, as well as public transportation. Hearing from within the room (fairly mellow) buskers singing to the outdoor diners late into the night got a bit annoying, and the place could use a makeover, but all-in-all an excellent value for the money.
