Very charming and quaint boutique hotel located within a short walk to Ladies' Beach boardwalk. Very clean and updated facility with friendly and helpful staff and owners. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day.

We are a wife husband guest with our little cat stayed 5 nights in this lovely hotel. We stayed 3 nights in a sea view room and 2 nights in garden view room, both rooms were very clean which is the most important thing for us. There is a small kitchen equiped with necessary items ie minibar fridge, kettle, stove with 2 hot plate electric eyes, glasses, plates, pans, forks, spoons .. ets so we could prepare our food. Ideal location, two steps to the beach, market and restaurants. Pet friendly hotel. car parking available. Friendly staff always smile and help. We really enjoied our stay in Rosy and we strongly recommend it to travelers who look for clean pet friendly with reasonable price hotel.

Cleaning was perfect. Breakfast wasn't good enough. If you want to book this hotel just because it has breakfast option then don't raise your expectations.not only portion wasn't enough, it was repetitive. Pool was small, we didn't use it. Breakfast was bad we just used 2 times during 4 nights. There were 2 good sides of staying at hotel. Location (because it was close to the beach) and cleaning (it was really good) Negativity of hotel, It was written that they charge extra for AC. It was like paying 70 euros per night wasn't enough. For your stay, They only provide one roll of toilet paper. Good side of it, There is mini kitchen that you can cook your food. It is better to eat outside. Quality of food in restaurants are not nice and so expensive for the food they serve. These are several things that we had experienced in there. I hope this will be helpful for the ones that are looking for a hotel in Kusadasi

I would definately recommend this Hotel Practicly on the beach. Surrounded by shops Variety of restaurants nearby to choose from. Cleanliness, friendly staff, and good food

We had air conditioning in only one small room with a double bed while three beds where outside of that room in the kitchen area with no proper air circulation. The air con was small, so couldn't cool the areas properly. The cold water didn't work, and rust and corrosion were covering the showerhead so the water couldn't flow properly. The hotel is located on top of the hill, and the beach is a 5-minute walk down the hill. Breakfast is served about a 10 to 12-minute walk away from the hotel on the beach walk. The area is lovely, but the hotel was super inconvenient and not at all restful for our family.

Rude personnel, extremely poor service. Old building. In general, the name of the hotel or suite cannot be used for this landfill Kaba personel, son derece kötü hizmet. Eski bina. Genel olarak, otel veya süit ismi bu depolama için kullanılamaz.

First of all suite was not in the same building as pictured . We stayed a different building . Pictures are for deception for the people. We booked a room has one queen bed and one small bed for our 5 year old child but they gave us the room has two small size bad that only two people can fit . When I asked them they said we booked the room last night which is not enough time for to get the room as pictured. It was a ridiculous excuse. Our child has food allergies that’s why I need to cook safe food for her also we were too tired to look for another room . So we made a decision to stay there anyways. But after we settled down we wanted to take a shower but there was another surprise faucet was not working in the bathroom. We let them know there is no water so someone came to check but they could not fixed it . Anyways they said we can stay another room . So we moved bigger room has 3 beds in it so we were happy to get enough space to sleep for everybody .So we settled down again and after a while we noticed there was another surprise and was no power in the bathroom and bedroom . We called the reception and someone came and checked and told us we need wait till tomorrow . Also they have WiFi but there is no way to get it . Also when we saw 3 different groups were complaining the same problems as we had . Also staff was not able to help us at all and rooms were not clean . I wish I took pictures too 😞 I Do Not Recommend to anybody.
