Wonderful stay, clean rooms with some complimentary soft drinks in the room. Tv was small for the size room but it was fine. I found the sink being in the bedroom slightly odd and didn’t feel as private as other bathrooms. The pillows were poor quality, I have been suffering from a strained neck due to this since my return which was around a week and a half ago.

The hotel was not up to the standard I would expect for the price. The bed was very uncomfortable and the breakfast buffet was poor. It was clean but it was all very bland. Certainly will not be choosing this hotel when I come back to Manchester.

Amazing hotel, lovely room with a view over the city from 9th floor. Exceptionally clean and comfy with a free mini bar.

The staff of the hotel were amazing. Spotless and very modern decorated. The location is also convenient to wonder around the city and with a close proximity to the tram station that serves the city. The only downside was the sofa bed condition; the steel frame was broken and made it impossible to sleep. The room was comfortable for a family of 3 the open room with the bathroom not ideal but it was manageable.

Steam room has many tiles missing nut is relitivily hot overall it was good

The only NEGATIVE part of my stay was that the hotel is used during the weekend for parties and the noise is unbearable until late!
